Whole campus especially the buildings of campus
The academics and teaching faculty in campus.

Placement Experience:

The students of the third year get internships and fourth-year students get placement. There is quite a good placement in IITs. As I'm in 1st year I'm not much aware of companies and placement details but there is a good placement percentage.

I liked the accomodation and the canpus life here
The course and faculty are good too. Its very fun to study here.

Dislikes

The food here is eatable but can be made better i feel

Placement Experience:

After the 5th-semester students can take placements. In the past year, I think various companies like IBM infosys etc came to take placements. The highest package last year was 64 LPA and the average package was 20 LPA last year. The percentage of placement is almost 100%. I want to do a software job after getting my degree.

IIT Hyderabad - A stone that can become a gem

I liked the faculties because they were really oriented towards teaching us something rather than just taking exams and completing the course.
The social life is also good here and one can make really good friends.

Dislikes

The mess food is not upto the mark and has average quality.
The institute is quite far from the main city so it's time consuming to go there and return.

Placement Experience:

Students can sit for placement after 7th semester. Amazon, Deloitte, American express, etc. 350 offers were made last year. 85 percent students got placed. I am planning to get an MBA because I have interest in that field so I'll try for it.

Placement Experience:

The Placement season starts in August every year. Students have to register on the portal and prepare their Master CV which includes every detail. Then companies start their visit from last August or starting September. If you are eligible for the company, then you can apply and start the process of hiring. The hiring process mainly includes an Online screening test, a few rounds of interviews and finally, the offer. In 2022, the top companies visited are Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Adobe etc. Almost 95% of students got the placement with an average CTC of 21 LPA and with the highest being 65 LPA.

Although every department of IIT Hyderabad offers top-notch education, it’s the EE department that steals the show. There are many unique aspects of this department that make it one of the most coveted branches of IIT Hyderabad.

The fractal academic system is a unique feature of IIT Hyderabad that sets it apart from other IITs. You have no choice but to work hard and excel in all subjects. There aren’t mids and ends in every sem instead you have monthly quizzes to evaluate you regularly.
There are many other strategies adopted to make the students work hard. For example, surprise quizzes in almost every subject are taken. These quizzes require the students to prepare before and after every class and also be regular to classes.
The EE department helps convert theory to practice through a number of projects.
