  • Sometimes there are issues with certain committees and clubs which are not handled in a proper way. This can be improved.
  • The taste of the food is not up to the mark.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculties of the college are very knowledgeable and experienced. All the faculties are PhDs and they follow a very good pedagogy including case study learning. The exams are always case-based and applicative in nature so the difficulty level is high.

Internships Opportunities :

The college ensures that all the students are placed for summer internships, i.e., 100% placement for summer internships. Companies like Bain and Co., Asian Paints, GEP, Vedanta, etc. come for placements. The highest stipend offered for our batch is 1.2L per month, the average stipend is 50K per month. Different roles according to our preferred specialization are offered.

Placement Experience :

The college ensures 100% placement. The students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester. The batch that passed this year showed 100% placement as well with some huge companies like Microsoft, Johnson and Johnson, Reliance, HDFC Bank, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees are in accordance with all other private B-schools. The hostel fees are decent compared to other colleges. They also have separate options for AC rooms with attached baths. The college provides scholarships for students falling in the top 10% of the batch academically.

Campus Life :

There are a lot of events conducted in the college throughout the year. There are total 23 clubs and committees in the college. There is a sports club called 'Prayas' that organizes various sports events throughout the year like cricket, football, badminton, table tennis, tug of war, etc. There are facilities like a swimming pool, gym, badminton court available in the campus. The annual fest, 'Inception' is conducted in the month of February or March every year. There is also an inter-college event conducted every year called 'Samriddhi' wherein different clubs conduct their events like case study competition, business simulation, quiz, etc., where students from various colleges participate. All the essential amenities like AC, chairs, presentation board, etc., are available in the classrooms.

Hostel Facilities :

It is mandatory for the students to stay in the hostel. There are 9 hostels. All the hostels are non-ac with common bathrooms except 1 hostel which has rooms with AC and an attached bath. Students can choose either of the rooms and prices vary accordingly. There is no separate registration for the hostel. The fees are paid along with the tuition fees. There are 2 canteens, 1-night canteen, 1 juice and ice cream shop, and 1 food stall available. The quality of the food is decent. The food provided at the canteen is hygeinic and nutritious. The taste could be better though.

Admission :

The admission process was smooth. The application fees and all other details were available on the official site of the college. The college doesn't provide any reservation benefits. An improvement that can be made is that the students who were admitted late based on the waitlist did not get proper assistance, so this should not happen in future.

Interview Experience :

I had a GD followed by a written test and a personal interview. The topic for the GD was 'Should smoking be banned?'. There were 4 participants in my group. Regarding the written test, there were 3 topics provided and we could choose any 1. The topic I chose was 'Is OTT better than theatre?'. For the interview, there were three faculties in my panel. They asked basic questions first like Tell me about yourself, why do you want to join this college, etc. Then they asked about my work experience and what all learnings I got there. Lastly, they asked a few things about Goa, since I am from Goa. I prepared for the same by going through some common GD topics, YouTube videos and coaching classes for CAT.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of its non-specific focus on a single component it covers human resource management as well as finance management & operation management. Faculty : student ratio is around 1:10 Some faculty here are from top-tier institutes like IIM Ahmedabad and others have vast industry experience. Term Exam are held in timely fashion and because of relative grading it's comparatively difficult to pass than under graduate.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choosing GIM's PGDM was a strategic move for me. The curriculum is dynamic, constantly evolving to reflect current business trends. Core courses in finance, marketing, and strategy provide a strong foundation, while electives let you specialize in areas like analytics, entrepreneurship, or sustainability. Plus, the faculty-student ratio of around 1:15 ensures personalized attention. Professors are industry veterans and academic thought leaders, bringing real-world expertise to the classroom. Their diverse qualifications – doctorates from top global universities, industry experience with MNCs and startups – enrich the learning experience. Teaching methods are interactive, with case studies, simulations, and guest lectures keeping things engaging. Term exams were generally on schedule, with a two-week window for preparation. Difficulty varies depending on the course and professor, but thorough preparation and utilizing faculty guidance ensured I passed comfortably.
