IIIT Trichy Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 6th sem end, we will be eligible for placement and we also have a summer internship program. The placement quite varies from year to year. Companies visited are Amazon, Paytm, Capgemini, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, etc. Highest package 2021:-20lakh Average package:-10 lakh.

The admission procedure was not so easy. Only those candidates got admission who had qualified the JEE Mains Exam. The Eligibility Criteria for General/OBC was 75% in 12th board and for SC/ST was 65% in the 12 board. I got admission after qualifying Jee Mains.

I am studying Electronic and communication engineering in this institution. I got admission by giving entrance examination, admission in this institution is given based on entrance merit only. I wrote Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main) after clearing that with good rank I applied for counseling under Joint seat allocation authority, my score card of entrance was checked and was given this institution. 12th marks weightage is not given, but atleast 75% needed.

college infrastructure is pretty great but right now it's in nit Trichy it doesn't have its own campus but nit trichy is great we are using there labs hostel mess etc.its great to have a opportunity to live in nit trichy.
