IIIT Surat is currently operating from its temporary campus at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT). SVNIT will mentor the institute for the first two to three years while the new campus is being built. The new academic building was constructed on land that the Gujarati government allotted near Kamrej in the Surat region.

Ans. IIIT Surat is one of the newly emerging IIITs that is now coming to par with the other IIITs around India. The institute offers B.Tech programs in ECE and CSE. IIIT Surat is now ready to relocate to its new campus where students will be provided with various provisions and state-of-the-art lab/classroom equipment. The institute currently takes in 132 students in its B.Tech program and has a faculty of professors, associate professors, and assistant professors who are all highly qualified and experienced in their disciplines. IIIT Surat also offers various scholarships to deserving students.
Ques. How to apply for admission at IIIT Surat?
Ans. Candidates seeking admission to IIIT Surat must have appeared for JEE Mains/Advanced. Eligible students can then register for seat allocation in the NIT+ system. After this, a candidate must list down the choices of Institutes and branches in decreasing order of their preference. This will be followed by the locking of choices, which is highly recommended. Upon completion of this process, there will be 7 rounds of seat allocation conducted by JoSAA in which the seats will be granted to the eligible candidates. You have to qualify JEE mains or advance examination to take admission in this college. Cut off for general candidate is around 88 percentile and OBC cut off is around 72 percentile and for SC ST there is like 50 to 55 percentile. There is reservation for OBC General EWS and SC ST candidates. JEE mains held in January and April and after that you have to give JEE advanced which occurred around September. No suggestion for improvement from my side

Eligibility is Jee mains Nta(National Testing Agency) is another eligibility test Out of 90 seats of cse branch 30 of the general category, 60 are reservation seats There is a little bit much difficulty because of the faster syllabus going on We have to prepare earlier to score good marks as cgpa is important

It was similar to any JOSSA college that takes admission via JOSSA. Opening rank for computer science and engineering was 19 thousand and closing at 40 thousand. For CCE it closed at 70 thousand. You needed to report after counseling and confirm your admission

Eligibility - should have cleared JEE exam with a good percentile around 95 in general category.After the exam councelling is held through which you can get selected.mid sem and end sem exam are held per semester.i haven't availed reservation so don't know about that but some students have got it .Good luck

Admission:
To take admission in our college you need to clear jee mains exam which is conducted twice a year. You can find the application forms on the NTA website 2/3 weeks prior to jee exams in january or april. The exam cutoff varies every year and is usually less for obc, st/sc, female candidates and pwd candidates. There is no need in improvement of the admission process as it is controlled by a national agency perfectly.

Eligibility is through Jee Mains ranking upto 29k in general. Application form is given after receiving seat in JOSAA/CSAB. NO RESERVATIONS Difficulty is based on your studies... generally the question are not too much hard. 3 hours. If your documents are correct then no need to wait!!! It will be done instantly at the office.

Admission was through the entrance exam JEE Examination. After the entrance exam students get their respective ranks based on their marks scored in examination. After the result announced students register on JOSAA Counseling for the admission process in which they fill the college and branches names which they want. On basis of ranking system students get their respective colleges.

This institution is among the 20 colleges established, situated adjacent to IITs and NITs. Such institutions offer excellent education and opportunities.
