As the placement is very good in my college which is also very good for to get job .
The clubs are very good in Indian institute of information technology bhopal

Dislikes

The 75% attendance criteria is one the worst thing of my college lyf .
We don't have separate campuss for us which is very bad

Likes

The senior-junior bond is very good in our college. Seniors are dedicated to help juniors in developing skills, mentoring them about academic and non-academic stuff as well.
Schedule of our college is pretty flexible and very less hectic compared to other IIITs or private colleges. Students have ample amount of time to work on there skills.

Dislikes

There are less active clubs compared to other well established colleges.
We have to borrow sports facilities with MANIT as we don't have our own campus.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 5th Semester (Internships and PPOs) Top companies that visit our college are Amazon, Flipkart, Paypal, Samsung, Adobe, Qualcomm, GEP and ,any more. Highest package for 21-25 batch is given by Atlassian - 85LPA to one student ( placements are ongoing) Average package for 20-24 batch was around 13LPA with a placement percentage of 70% despite the recession. So the college provides opportunities from its side. I personally would like to take placement from my college and study designing in future if i got enough time.

Likes

Coding culture is good but it needs to get improved.
Manit faculty teaches us which is a good thing.

Dislikes

There is 1 girl for 50 boys in IIIT bhopal.
We can only use MANIT campus selectively.

Placement Experience:

In 2023, 99.6% students were placed with 12 lpa median package and 20 lpa average package. Highest package was around 80 lpa. So there's good placements here as compared to other colleges. Clubs also helps you to get placements to keep that in mind.

Liked the club's like GDSC and codame for Coding,And arzoo for cultural events.
Placement statistics were also good this year.

Dislikes

Not that good infrastructure we don't have campus currently our classes are going on in NTB MANIT bhopal

Placement Experience:

Placement are ok the average package of CSE is 17.60 Lakh per annum, And for ECE 13 LPA and for IT probably 14 LPA , the percentage placement for CSE,ECE,IT was near 75-80%, some people's also chose for off campus placement for some better opportunity, If you want internship you have to do it on your own

It's placement statistics are exceptional
Internship opportunities even in first year of college

Dislikes

Temporary campus is a slight concern for everybody
Hostels are provided very far from college

Placement are major reason to join iiit Bhopal In 2023 placement stats were 23lpa was average for it branch and around 22lpa for cse branch highest was 84lpa Placement in 2024 due to recession get hits and drop to 15-16lpa average and highest 34lpa Out alumni network is present in big companies like Amazon Microsoft etc

placement and coding culture as it has only two branch .
good on ground crowd in these colleges as everyone is on the cse field

some iiit dont have there permanent campus which troubles a lot to the students.
even if some of them if having they dont have proper facilities even basic facilities

Placement Experience:

placement of our college is quite good as average pakage is 2300000 INR per annum and many companies are coming in the college and if some one is not placed then there is no plan for them.92% is the slection ratio of placement.my personal plan is to do MBA after this.

faculty's are good they teach well and subjects are related to software engineering
Senior's guidence plays an important role in placement . In this clg there is proper instruction given by Senior which helps alot.

Dislikes

NO campus , IIIT Bhopal is situated in NIT Bhopal campus itself
Normal classrooms does not have AC classroom

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good . This year(2024) due to market condition the placement is slightly less but it happens in all IITs also so there is no need to worry but last year placements is quite good .

Good interactions and support from seniors whenever needed.
Rule of attendance is not very strict for now but can change with time.

Dislikes

College Dosent have a campus,so restrictions on various activities.
College administartion both teaching and non teching is not cooperative with the students in any situations.(Exept for a few)

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible to be in campusplacements from the 7th Semester. Till date many big companies have visited the college like Atlassian, Tekin, Amazon. You can see the details about it on the official website of the college. But recently its seems tough to even get placement at college due to various factors.

Likes

Teachers of our college are very good and supportive.
As our campus is a part of NIT we also get all the perks of nit like there canteen, sports ground, library etc.

Dislikes

The curriculum of our college is very hard as compared to other colleges.
We don't get hostels after 1st year. That's why our hostel life is very short.

Placement Experience:

Placement of our college is quite good. You are eligible to sit on placement drive from 3rd year. All the well known company like micrsoft, google, adobe visited our college. as of now highest package offered is 85 lpa by Atlassian and average package of our college is approx. 18 lpa. Almost more than 90% student get successfully placed.My plans after getting degree is to get a decent package in top company.

Likes

The coding culture of IIIT bhopal is amazing. Everybody here knows a lot about tech.
Institute give extra time for students so can do intership programs and other personal growth.

Dislikes

No campus life at all, it feels like going to school.
Teachers are very cruel, they do not complete the syllabus.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement in our college is good and is growing in upcoming years. Average package in our college is around 20 lpa and is expecting a hike in this number after the recession comes slow in the market.

Placements of recent years are very good
Seniors are very supportive in any kind of help.

Dislikes

Campus Life is very poor. We have to adjust every thing.
College fees is too high as compare to other.

Placements of Recent years are very good as last year Overall Average package was about 23 LPA. Also 100% placement from CSE and IT branch. Highest package offered was 60 LPA from LINKEDIN. More than 100 companies Visited Campus till now.
