Eligibility
For the B.Tech program, candidates who have secured a minimum of 75% in Intermediate graduates are eligible to apply. Candidates need to maintain their Rank in Top 50 percentile for an increased chance of their admission. Admission to reserved seats follows the same procedure, though liberty is granted in merit round.
Selection Criteria
- Considering the 12th exam results, JEE Main and JEE Advanced score, a merit list shall be made category-wise, listing All India Rank (AIR) of candidates.
- Candidate has to register for counseling online at the official JoSSA website.
- Locking and Choice filling is compulsory and it is to be completed by the candidate only.
- Branch choices are to be filled in decreasing order of preference.

- Coding culture is very good, clubs are active very much
- New infrastructure and very big library and computer centre

- Transport facility is not up to the mark.
- Hostel quality is good but it is very expensive.
Fees and Financial Aid:
As we know that IIITs are public-private institute so fees are high as compared to IITs and NITs. There is. Scholarship facilities for categories students provided by government. There is also loan facility for the students.
Likes
- The coding culture is great here with dedicated mentorship for coding. You will find people doing stuff in different fields and the students are very much updated with the current market requirements.
- The senior - junior interaction is great which really enhances the college environment.
Dislikes
- The college campus is quite small (50 acres) when compared to NITs or other IIITs.
- There is dearth of sports facilities. We don't have a dedicated indoor sports facility yet.
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fee structure for the entire course will be provided at the time of admission and it will be followed, there won't be any changes in that. There might be increment in hostel and mess fee. The total fee including hostel and mess is around 13 lakhs which is quite expensive considering its a central gov college. There are no scholarships or financial aid provided by the college for any category based on income or cast. Students can avail the various scholarships provided by the gov and private organisations and the college will help with it.

- Gender ration is very low so thats a big con
- Hostel seat occupancy is less than number of students

Tuition fees is generally increased per year or two year gap they slowly increase my total expense is approx 12 lakhs and 98 thousand but they increased mess fee by 1000 this year , there are scholarships that you can apply like nsp and state scholarships

- Professors are worst , they always finds ways to trouble us
- Academic is quiet hectic ,lots of classes
Fees and Financial Aid:
The fees which they take for hostel and mess is okay but , the tution fees is very high 1.2lacs per semester is very high for what they provide , but thai is not just the cas ein our college all other IIITs in PPP model has high fees. Regarding total fees it's around 14lacs , loans are easy to get. Many of us also get scholarship, but you must either be SC or ST ,else you should have an income certificate of less than 3lacs

- If you study hard then college provides you many opportunities

- Strict pattern is followed here so you need to be prepared
- Location is not that good, it is in outskirts of bhagalpur

- Training and placement cell will make efforts to make you placed in any company

- Teachers are not so friendly and they does not gives you marks so your cgpa might decrease
- Student body is not good here so you cannot raise your voice against any concern

- infrastructure is good,river ganga is 150m away from hostel so you can see ganga view from hostel balcony , placement were good last year,supportive seniors ,good behaviour of seniors

Every semester. Tution fees is around 1,20,000. You can expect +- 10,000 difference not more than that. Complete cost of education is 12,90,000. Including mess and hostel. . if anyone opts hostel then they must take mess. No scholarship would be provided from college side on the basis of caste and poverty. As it is iiit.

Yeah fees of IIIT BHAGALPUR Are not so normal as you will not enjoy any scholarship from the college side. You can try scholarships from your State governments respectively. Fees are around 11 lacs of 4 years for all.
