The institute offers M.E programs in different specializations at the PG level. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for these courses is an integrated degree course from BITS or equivalent on an equivalent Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in aggregate.

BITS Pilani conducts Online Tests i.e. BITS HD at different centers to grant admission in ME programs. The candidates can also apply using their GATE scores.

Details of BITS HD Online Test:

Computer-Based Online Test is divided into two tests, namely, Test I and Test II. The test I is compulsory for all the students and it will consist of the following sections for the duration of 45 minutes.

Test II is applicable for all programs except for those who have applied for Software Systems. This test is related to the relevant subject knowledge. It will consist of 70 questions for the duration of 105 minutes.
