About Anurag University
Anurag University Hyderabad runs under the Gayathri Educational and Cultural Trust (GECT). The trust was founded in the year 1998 by ‘Guru’ Sri Sivananda Murthy Garu to impart quality education. The Anurag Group of Institutions (AGI) is one of the first few integrated campuses of South India established in 2002, offering programs in Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy, and Business Management. In the year 2020, AGI was officially named as Anurag University. The Institute is affiliated with JNTU, Hyderabad and approved by UGC. Anurag University is accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council).
According to the NIRF Ranking 2023, the university is ranked 101 out of 200 colleges in the overall category. Because this college is the best college in whole telangana and Andhra Pradesh and I wrote emset exam and I rank near to 20000 so I got this college through emset and this college having huge campus placement opertunities

To be honest this was the first college I applied to and got the admission. I did not get a very good rank in EAMCET after my intermediate and so I didn't have much of a choice to choose the college which I liked. The exams accepted for our course is EAMCET and AUCET.

- Events like annual day and sports bout where totally arranged by the students clubs and they always encourage students to participate in clubs

- The time for the completion of a semester will be 6months and but it will be of 4 months in our college that is very fast and problematic for students
- Attendance issue in our college is very strict that when we are in any events or activities their will not be given any attendance for that .

I applied for the 10 colleges in the region of Hyderabad where JNTU ,OU, CBIT, VBIT, AU,GNU,MLU . I got rejected by other colleges like JNTU,OU,MLU but i selected for the college AU and also the AU is the one of the best college in the region. I got selected by using eamcet entrance exam for this purpose they need to get atleast below 50,000 rank for this course and also their will be entrance exam for the college to get selected they must get 80% so they get scholarship in the college.

I will apply for two college one is for jntu and other one is for vjit but got cvsr. Because i was got seat in these college over than others. Yes i was get rejections from those college because i does not more marks in entrance test. In admission proccess i was give memos, allotment order, incomes.

I have apppied for many big colleges but because of my eamcet rank, I got rejected In my first counselling I got selected in the KPRIT college for computer science engineering but I didn't want to join that course because I love mechanical and machines. I have applied for the second time and got selected in this college for mechanical and I joined in this. If we want to join in this college through management then there will be an entrance exam And they accept eamcet and ecet exams too. I don't really know about the cutoffs but if we want to get a seat in computer science then we must score less than 20000 in eamcet. My admission was done very quickly I paid the admission fee and joined immediately No problems in admission through govt exams like eamcet or ecet

I have got seat in kakatiya university but I didn't went to that clg because there is no proper faculty in the college and proper facilities in college to learn so I have choosen anurag university to change my feature in anurag we have different types of course which helps the students to improve there knowledge

- The infrastructure was so good and my college located at venkatapur,Jodimetla. There are 8 blocks and there is a seperate block for library known as Central Library.
- There are Experienced Faculty and Placement Trainings also happens from 2nd year. Teaching will be good. There are many clubs (tech and non-tech) to get experience
Dislikes
- Our college is Most populated College in Telangana because of University.In our Campus BBA , BPharmacy and many more streams were available.Our College strength was around 10000
- We face Traffic near our college because of lot of students who come by their own vehicles more over we struggle to park our vehicles at parking slot.

Previously i got in SNIST college IT course in EAMCET counselling but I'm intrested in CSE.So i joined in Anurag University.More Over this college is University and university environment will be diffenent from another colleges. I want to experience in university. There many college buses too.There ia AnuragCET exam similar to EAMCET,12th grade students are eligible for this or you can get seat through EAMCET also.There is Management quota too but its expensive.
