Likes
- The College infrastructure is quite good.
- Teachers are polite, and they are really helpfull.
Dislikes
- Class rooms are needed to be repaired, especially walls.
- Benches in classrooms are like old ones.
Faculty:
For every subject we have atleast 5 to 6 teachers, As we know. Social science department is good, alm teachers are friendly. We have sessionals exam in every semesters. And we have total 8 semesters exam. I dint like sociology faculty.
Likes
- The faculty is really knowledgeable and unlike the BHU campus, professors actually take class regularly and teach diligently.
- College holds various extracurricular programs like research presentations, seminars and i also participated in designing the department magazine. Almost all departments publish their magazines anually or bi-annually.
Dislikes
- The campus used to be a little shabby but recently their has been rigorous renovation so that is solved. Campus needs a bit more daily maintenance of the gardens and ground.
- Canteen is unhygeinic and has a limited variety of food. Half the time, they are out of many items on menu.
Faculty:
Faculty to student ratio is really skewed. Our department only has 5 teachers. And while MA class only has about 40 students in one batch, BA classes sometimes have more than 200 students per batch so its hard for faculty to pay equal attention to all students. Other than that, faculty is really friendly and attentive. They are frank and really approachable. All five teachers are great, at least in our department. I cant say the same about other departments. I have heard scary things from Sanskrit department students that their teachers are really rude, mean and sometimes even judge their clothes. But political science department has sweet and attentive teachers. They are rarely ever angry and always chill and friendly. There is only one exam at the end of each semester. The exam in itself isnt tough.

Dislikes
- First is Some recent security issue that occurs
- Second one is exposure for ims and iit are good but for other faculty are not well
Faculty:
Students to faculty ratio are in bhu are very good and faculty and students relation are also good they always motivate students and provide best way to achieve students goal I like physiology faculty Dr. K Patwardhan sir because he is very honest with his work and tell about pros and cons of the course very well Exam are held in timely and it will be moderate and sometimes tougher side
Likes
- Affordale fees, supportive faculty and administrative members.
- Good library facility. Internet facility. NCC,NSS are there.
Dislikes
- Very less placement opportunity for arts students.
- No internship opportunity provided. Internship oppostunity should be given to imorove the skills of students.
Faculty:
Faculty is very supportive and approachable. Some faculties in my department like Dr. Vinay Kumar are very good professors and very supportive. In the full course there are 6 semesters. The exams are very easy if you focus on regular classes and check PYQs.
Likes
- Affordability, Culture, Environment etc.
- Extra curricular activities and seminars
Dislikes
- Infrastructure of arts faculty and their staff
- Punctuality is cause of worry classes have to much uncertainty
Faculty:
Faculty members were good and quite experienced but some of them were awful and were not good in pedagogy. Some of them too much aligned toward ideology and they portray more than needed while delivering their lecture
Likes
- Departments for every subject is available
- Experienced Teachers (more tha 10 years)
Dislikes
- No proper ground for sports is present
- Cafeteria is not well maintained
Faculty:
The faculty-student ratio is maintained, there atleast 3-5 teachers in every department so it is easy to manage the classes according. The home science faculties is quite nice . The very first reason is it is my dept. And other the professor are kind and approachable There is no specific faculties that I don't like ..everyone here has there own methods of handling the situation and students. Generally we have our internals and externals and practical exams and sometimes presentation
Likes
- Bhu campus is in its on way very much green and beautiful. At a time you will fall in love with the greenery and antiqueness of the buildings. The campus is extended upto 9 miles and when you see it on the map it looks like beautiful half moon.
- I love how affordable things are into university for students. You can literally have the best quality and tastiest food in minimum rates you would find nowhere. You can have dosa in just rupees 50,cold coffee in just 40 rupees and the taste is unfo.
Dislikes
- There is not anything much to be disliked there i found everything appeasing.
- The only drawback is bhu takes too much time in the admission process and it exhauts too much time of students.
Faculty:
I basically loved the way how professors are approachable to the students and their problems. Students can easily visit the professors and tell them about their problems and have solutions. Either they can put a mail or can visit them into their office personally.
Likes
- Fclaculty was nice. There was many professor who actually offer such interactive and informative classes. Teachings techniques was so good.
- Library was rich in term of diversity of books. And library administration was nice.
Dislikes
- Canteen was not so good. They must work on that. There was no essentials items also.
- They must develop reading rooms for UG and PG also...there was no proper places to sit and have some time with friends.
Faculty:
There was one teacher for whole batch (200 students approx). Faculty members was so good. They were not only good in knowledge but also in teaching techniques. They always try to bring some new mathod to teach students. In first semester there was 2 english paper, 100 marks for each. 2 AIHC-Arch paper, 100 marks for each, 2 sanskrit paper, 100 marks for each (it varies per student's choice) and 1 language paper for 100 marks. It was same for second, third and forth semster also. But in fifth and sixth semster there was only six English literature paper and one language paper as i was pursuing English literature honours. There was internal assessment for 30 marks which consist 10 marks for attendance and 2 internal examination for 10 each. And there was 1 end semster examination for 70 marks.

- Friendly environment of cafeteria between students of different courses
- Educated and professional professors who guide students
Dislikes
- There is some politics in college which I disliked
- Less internship and less job opportunities provided
Faculty:
Faculty members of college comes from different diverse academic background with expertise in their subject area . Courses are usually structured in unit and they follow semester based examination like midterm examination and final examination
Likes
- Campus environment as greenery in campus help students to fresh feel and play grounds
- Cyber library facilities which provides better environment for students studies
Dislikes
- Some course classes not run properly , irregular schedule of class
Faculty:
Each and every faculty of BHU is well experienced and they provide there best according to potential. Relationship of faculty members with students is cooperative and understandable. As I am student in faculty of social sciences and I have founded good behaviour in this facility of every staff, whether professor, workers or other staff. Exams are easy in comparison to competitive examinations. Course curriculum is 90 percent relevant but needed time to time updated.
