Internships Opportunities:

As such we don't have any experience with college assisted internships. But in 4th year agricultural students are going to get 3 major internships, one with industrial companies like OMFED, Bharat masala or goverment institute like NRRI and 2nd is RAWE which is a government oriented program which involves going to field of farmers in different villages and assist them with their daily problems and the last one is working at block level offices with Agricultural officers.

Campus Life:

Campus Life is fine I guess and focus on social aspect is pretty great. As for club involvement everything is managed by students and can be improved with the cooperation of more teachers like providing holiday to students for practicing their respective games and infrastructure really needs some improvement.

Faculty:

Luckily the faculty to student ratio is nice where in lecture classes there are 60 students per teacher. In practical classes almost 30-35 students per teacher. The faculties are very approachable and friendly. I really liked our genetics ma'am, she is really sweet and explains every thing very well. Few faculties I did not like due to their too much involvement towards studies as it is also important to maintain student participation in the class rather just speaking about a topic straight for an hour. Talking of exams, there are midterm exams which are completely multiple choice questions and in end semester exams half paper is mcq and half is theory based. Many students fail to clear exams each semester. Whereas the course curriculum is sometimes not related to our field as in teaching mathematics and physics concepts to agricultural students is quiet baseless.

Campus Life:

Many festivals are organised in our campus. Sometimes fare can be seen at the time of diwali or Dussehra. Library has a vast variety of books available. Projectors air conditioner fans lights white boards every basic facility is available in classrooms. Almost all sports are available in our campus which are available to participate at University level. And further on a national level. Many students from my university went in the Olympics this year. Vast variety of social clubs groups are there. Students can participate in NCC and other groups, they also provide CGPA benefits as well.
