BHU Placements 2024: Average Package: INR 11.1 LPA & Highest Package: INR 23.5 LPA
BHU Placements 2024 has concluded for the 165 MBA students with a total of 181 offers. BHU highest package stood at INR 23.5 LPA and the average package at INR 11.1 LPA for the MBA program. Around 36% of total offers were for the Executive and Management Trainee Roles, 21% were for Associate Consulting roles, and 13% were for Assistant and Deputy Manager roles. A large number of roles in the consulting and analytics field was offered by the IT organizations. BFSI firms offered lucrative positions across dmians like marketing, finance, operations and HR.
During the 2023 placements at BHU, more than 308 companies participated in the placement drive and more 75 recruiters visited to hire the MBA studnets. This year, more recruiters visited the campus compared to last year. More than 1000 placement offers were made to the students from various courses. BHU highest package stood at INR 1.2 CPA and the BHU MBA highest package stood at INR 38 LPA. BHU average package stood at INR 23.13 LPA and the BHU MBA average package was at INR 11.3 LPA.
Various job roles like Associate Consultant, Probation Officer, Business Analytics, Risk Analyst, Human Resource Manager etc were offered to the students. Students received placement offers from companies like IGraviton Research Capital, Rakuten, Microsoft, Google, Goldman Sachs, etc.

- The educators are very co operative and intelligent they help students with their doubts and also give them mental support.
- The environment of Banaras Hindu University is inexpressible it is wonderful, eco friendly. There is absolute greenery in the college with peacock roaming around cherishing the beauty of the campus.
Dislikes
- Semester are not completed at regular time , they sometimes extends it very long and sometimes keeps it very short.
- This is a serious issue , here they allow people from outside and this is something I hate very much.. they ruin the beauty of our campus and often create traffic in the college.
Placement Experience:
The course which I have taken has no campus placement scenario, in the same course students who have chosen other subjects like economics , German, Russian, statistics etc has the campus placement of around 5-6lakh per anum

- First of all i love the varanasi city and it's an tourist place
- Secondly My college Campus is amazing and college fees is very low
Dislikes
- Hostel facility is of very basic level like many buildings are old
- Attendance is very strict and hactic schedule
Placement Experience:
My college offered approx 3lakh to 7lakh annual package but it totally depends upon the student's skill and knowledge. But those students wo can get placement than they have to chance in appear for the JRF examination for the admission in Msc course. Other than this many government job opportunity is available after the bsc Agricultre.

- The atmosphere of campus is too good and cool , there is lots of greenery in the campus
- The campus has playground and park which provides time pass for students

- It is open campus , outside people are allowed inside the campus
- Hostel facilities is not available for all students

Form 5th semester students become eligible for placement. Companies like HDFC Bank , ICICI Bank , Broking companies, Insurance company comes in campus. Almost 50-70% student gets placed. I planned to get higher education after Bcom

- I liked the campus Environment and the proctor's behaviour.
- Infrastructure of campus is not so good not so bad but I am satisfied.
Dislikes
- The HOD the dean they are very bad. No one supports student in extra curricular activities.
- I don't like the system of PIC and they don't works on development of campus.

In three year Graduation course. Students are eligible after 2nd semester for the campus placement. The package of placement is depend on the courses and Companies. The Average placement is 10 lakh per annum from this Campus.

Students of final year of graduation are eligible for campus placement. IBM limited., info, wipro, Genpect sbi life insurance come for placement in bhu . For bcom student lowest package is 3 lakh and highest package are 10 lakh

- Bhu have a beautiful campus and environment with awazing faculties and professor
- No Academic pressure like many university or college pressurise students
Dislikes
- Cleaniness some faculty lacks in banaras hindu universiry
- Some professor are not taking classes properly with regularity.
Placement Experience:
Very few students gets placed in UG but in PG proportionaltely it increases. The highest package for UG courses is 500000per annum. And not everyone get the chance to take part in it and many good companies visit here.

- The beauty of the campus is what I liked the most, so many trees , birds , the buildings painted in blue and white make the campus beautiful
- The faculty All the professors are very helpful & caring, they really do care about students.
Dislikes
- There are less events organised in comparison to FMC (FACULTY OF MAIN CAMPUS)
- Sometimes professors aren't able to complete the portion, and conducts online classes

You're eligible for campus placement from third year or fifth semester. Department of French has very good placement in our college. About 70% of the students get placement. My plans after graduation is to pursue Post graduation along with internship

- Asia's biggest residential university. The campus is full of greenery located in holy city Varanasi.
- Good infrastructure and huge library. Facilities are also good.
Dislikes
- The management is lazy. The administration sometimes may disappoint.
- Classes are not regular in some courses. Placements are also few.
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible campus placement from the third semester. The ratio of placements is very less. Less than 25 percent of students get placed every year. The university makes very less efforts towards placement. Opt for some specialise courses/degree if you want placement.

- The campus is good and full of positive vibes. Teachers are polite, helpful and cooperative. The overall environment of university will play a vital role in developing one's personality.
- The infrastructure is well developed. Classroom and hostels are equipped with the necessary facilities. The whole campus is equipped with wifi. The university also provides bus facility within the campus.
Dislikes
- The university doesn't makes proper efforts on placement.
- The libraries have more old books and lesser new ones.
Placement Experience:
One can become eligible for placement in the third semester. The students have to connect and consider the university placement cell for placements. Less than 20% of students get campus placement in MA Psychology. Rest students can put their efforts into placement. For better opportunities, you can go for specialized courses further.

- As a government University the protest is the main hero here. Lots and lots of protest helds every now and then
- The facilities, hostels, classroom are outdated as it is an old University

From 6 the semester students are being eligible for the placement.As I am not aware of this I could not answer futher . The average package offered this year was 6lacs . The might do my masters first .

Almost 30-40% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are TCS, etc. Almost 50-60% of the students got an internship in firms, Sai & Associations, etc.
What are the placements in BHU (especially for an MCA)?
In 2011, a Placement Coordination Cell (PCC) was established in BHU to take full responsibility for placements of the entire university (except IIT/IMS).
This body has improved the placement drives at BHU to a large extent. BHU is now visited by reputed firms for recruitment.
As far as CTC is concerned, nearly 18% to 20% of students were placed this year. The highest salary was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary was 3.5 LPA and the average salary was 4.2 LPA.
