Infrastructure is like one of the best for the Nits to have it has Asia's largest lecture hall
It has a wonderful campus, equipped with all the sports facilities, gym, athletics etc

Dislikes

The 75%attendance policy is the worst thing about the college I encountered
There is no infra for swimming which is not also under process which i very bad

Placements are decent for all branches including Metallurgy, compared to other colleges
The Campus is lush green and beautiful with great architectured buildings

Internship opportunities are a little less

The placements are pretty decent for every branch. Students are eligible to appear for campus placements after 6th semester. Many reputed companies visit for Recruitment like Addverb, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Analytics Quotient (Kantar), Apple, Arcesium, Bajaj Motors, BEL, BHEL, Box 8, BPCL, ICICI Bank, Expedia, Micron, Wells Fargo, Cape Gemini, CommVault, Dassault Systems, Deloitte, De Shaw, Deutsche Bank, EIL, Flipkart, GAIL, GEP, Goldman Sachs, Hero MotoCorp, HPCL, Ixigo, JCB, JP Morgan. Likes

Lacation and infrastructure of college is what i liked the most. Seniors are friend with ragging free campus. Strict actions are taken against ragging. Playing fields are available with all types of sports available.
Campus life has been amazing . You can roam all your campus at any time. However, girls are allowed outside their hostels till 10 pm only. Faculties are highly knowledgeable and experienced. 75% attendence criteria needed to sit in end semester exam.

Dislikes

One of the things to be diiked of the college is the academis load in its forst year. If have on an average 8 theory subjects and 5 lab subjects in each semester of 1st year. This is what you will hate after reaching the college.
Other thing is what you gonna hate is the groupism prevelent in college.Groupism is terms of caste is the worst thing here, students fight just for their caste here.

Placement Experience:

Placement has been decent from this college with average is around 13.5 lakhs per annum. You can get on campus placement if you have the desired skills which company needs. My plan is to appear for GATE exam and get into psu through it.

Likes

The coding culture of college is not so good
The college life is excellent with fest and seminars constantly thus keeping the students entertained and teaching them simultaneously

Dislikes

The coding culture of the college. Another drawback is that there are no high tech devices in library
The college has only two canteens.and the canteen closes at 7 pm which makes it useless most of the times.

Placement Experience:

The placement statistics are average with mechanical engineering students this year with the highest placement statistics. The average package varies from 10 to 12 lacs. Several dream companies recruit from the college.

I like the campus environment and the amount of greenery present here it makes everything feel better and the fresh air that comes up worh that feels easy studying here and the infrastructure created by college is pretty amazing honestly
The social interaction are amazing senior and other fellow students of my year have been very helpful and supportive they are also here with a positive mindset which creates a overall healthy environment for studies

Dislikes

I honestly didn't like the teaching style much the teachers i met aren't really able to convey the knowledge fully to the students which creates problem for semester exams too
The placement of MNIT this year seems to be pretty less the percentage of students places seems to be quite less compared to previous year this might be because of recession in the market or some other issues with students also

Placement Experience:

The college has been offering good placement in the past years and the students graduating from here are excelling too. From semester 6th students start taking up internship and can sit for placement in 7th semester. Many companies visit the college. The highest package last year was 64Lpa and average for cse was 22Lpa. The percentage of student placed is high and around 90%+ for cse. Although the placement for this year have beeen quite low and not upto the expectations the% of student places is also quite less. This might be due to the ongoing recession and the changing technology after the coming of Artificial intelligence

I think here the study environment are very good
Facilities of academic and hostel are always up-to-date

First thing I disliked is academic pressure
75 percentage attendance criteria,btw some professor not take seriously it

Placement Experience:

Placement are good , but many students go for Gate or Cat examination for their higher education,..and in gate examination most of the year AIR 1 from our college this year also in chemical branch ...and many students go for civil services like in 2021 7 students cleared UPSC .

The quality of infrastructure including campus and learning facility are very good and days is eco friendly. It has to increase the communication skill it has to increase the communication skill. And the interaction between senior and junior provide
And this college provide also great opportunity to go another college like IIT and perform on bigger platform which helps in to increase their increase our confidence and provide a great placement opportunity and for bigger companies

Dislikes

The location of this college is in out area that's why our travelling post is higher and we couldn't get explode the culture of cities and and religion.
And girls are not beautiful in the college and their attitude is like high they are acting that they are from big family

Placement Experience:

Too much less placement of this college is are good the average place average package of the is about 10 lakh. And it go sometime 72 lakh. The percentage of student getting placement is about 90% buddy depend upon the branch just like a electrical has a 97 chemical has 93 meta has 100 mechanical is 100. The highest package of this college is 82 lakh and the lowest packages 5 lakh. They are server company visited like Google Amazon phone pe Paytm oyo jpmc wonderchef Alibaba ATC HPCL BPCL manforce Microsoft Twitter lot of offer given to the student this company give lot of offer to the student like 22 lay 32 33 lakh 20 lakh 18 lakh 54 lakh 72 lakh about 1 CR. After semester 7 student become eligible for campus placement. My plan after getting the degree is if college provide me placement I will go to the placement otherwise I will be in police. IT PROVIDES US A VERY GOOD ENVIRONMENT AND THE FACULTY HERE HAS A VAST KNOWLEDGE AND ALSO HELPS US TO GROW BY HELPING US .THEY HELP US BEYOND COLLEGE HOURS WE ARE FREE TO ASK ANY DOUBT AND THEY ARE READY TO HELP ANY TIME.
IT PROVIDES US A VERY GOOD HOSTEL HAVING A VERY GOOD MESS AND EXTRA FUN AS WELL.LIKE IN OUR HOSTEL EVERY YEAR HOSTEL DAYS EVENT HAPPENS IN WHICH STUDENTS PARTICIPATE AND WIN PRIZES LIKE IN DANCE ,SPORTS DRAWING,AND AS MANY THINGS POSSIBLE

WE LACK FEW THINGS LIKE WE DON'T HAVE ASWIMMING POOL AND I WAS HAVING A GREAT URGE TO LEARN SWIMMING BUT AS OUR COOLEGE DONT HAVE THIS FACILITY SO IT BREALLLY DISAPPOINT ME

Placement Experience:

We have a very good palcements like if we talk about electrical engineering we have texas oracle amazon and various other companies visting us in which texas gives highest package of 30 lakh per year while the maximum package offere to a electrical engineer is 64 lakh per year in our recent batch while in our computer science branch we have highest package of 1.5 crores this year and electronics branch have highest package of 83 lak pe ryear this time average package for electrical engineering is 18 lakh per year and percentage of students of getting placed is 90 percent while in cs branch we have average package of 25 lakh and percentage of students getting placed is 98 percent . in electronics department we have average package of 20 ;lakh per year i am thinking of gettimg placed in teaxas instyruments company and going to pursue core branch placement and we have companies arriving for internship in third year and for placements we have companies arriving in forth year starting.

Limited resources for certain departments

From third year students are eligible for placements interview. De shaw, Microsoft etc companies visited here And in cse almost 66 out of 120 students placed everywhere. Highest package is 64 lakhs and lowest is 10 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

From second year student are eligible for applying for internship program .From third year onward companies approached for offering placement. various companies like HCL APPLE, TCS,JP MORGON.TEXAS and many more companies used to offer . highest package is about 80 lacs this year (2024) and average is about 12 lacs About 70 percent student get placed this year due to recession year .Some looking for govt jobs ,higher studies and bussiness. i am aiming for a govt job basically in social service after pursuing my degree.
