I am very satisfied with my decision to take this course as i have interest in it as well as the curriculum of this course in my college is also very good. In curriculum, along with theory classes, laboratories are also included so that we can apply our knowledge in real life. I don't think any improvement in the curriculum, but of if i suggest for improvement they should increase the semester period so that there is no rush of completing the syllabus. In a semester, two exams are conducted mid term and end terms. And the exam timing is enough according to their syllabus.

I have Electrical Engineering course. This consists of a wide range of disciplines including circuit theory, electronics ,power systems, control systems, signal processing and telecommunications. This course helps to design, develop and maintain electrical systems , devices and instruments across various industries. The course curriculum is well organised providing the knowledge about field from basics to more deep year by year. One suggestion for improvement is one or two industrial visits must be organised so that we can be more familiar with the equipments we study. Exams are held twice in a semester - mid sem and end sem. Mid sem exam consists of 30% weightage and End sem exam consists of 50% weightage and rest 20% is of assignments , attendance, performance in lecture etc. The exam papers are not so difficult if you have studied all through the semester.

According to me there is diversity of courses which challenges us in many aspects that encourages us to face for real world situations.. But the teaching methods are quite boring. They used to come and teach us in a subtle way. The exams are generally conducted twice which are classified as mid sem and end sem . They are not as much difficult. They are of moderate level

In my opinion, seeing coming changes in different sectors, there are few courses which are not of much relevance and comprehensive in this college. Also the coding culture here is neither so bad nor much good.

I researched on both the colleges, and here is my answer to your query-
MNNIT Allahabad is far better then MNIT Jaipur for Electrical Engineering. MNNIT has better placements and academics for Electrical branch.
MNIT is situated in the middle of the city, so you can easily join coaching classes for GATE, ESE, and other competitive exams. But then, many students from MNNIT clear GATE, IES, Civil Services, etc. because of its academic friendly environment.
Both the colleges perform equally well in rankings.
I would recommend you join MNNIT Allahabad for your Electrical degree.
