Besides scholarships, KIIT also provides Scholarships and fee relaxation to scholars. During B.Tech (4 years) For General Rank 1 to 1000 INR 1,20,000 per annum and for (All Other courses) For KIITEE Rank-1 INR 60,000 per annum.
The important details on KIITEE 2025 scholarships are as follows:
- Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) For BPL Card Holder – Seats up to a maximum of 5 percent of sanctioned intake B.Tech course shall be available under the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW). The waiver is limited to the tuition fee. All other Fees except tuition fees will have to be paid by the beneficiary.

KIIT-MERIT SCHOLARSHIP – The KIIT Merit Scholarship is provided to the University- Toppers (1st, 2nd & 3rd ) of each semester based on (CGPA) for six months.

TEACHING ASSISTANTSHIP (For M.Tech) – The students who are receiving assistantships will be required to devote 8-10 hours per week as teaching/ research assistants in their respective departments. The student must obtain a minimum SGPA of 6.5 in 1st Semester and a minimum CGPA of 7.0 after 2nd Semester without failing in any subject for continuation of the assistantship.

KIITEE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP – KIIT provides free education to the topper of KIITEE- 2025 (Only for B.Tech. (4 years) if admitted at KIIT. In addition to this, KIIT provides scholarships to the top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2024 (B.Tech. - 4 years) during his/her study period at KIIT subject to fulfillment of criteria. (i.e. Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics taken together 60%)
