XIM University provides scholarships to deserving students. Students who are unable to pay their fees can get scholarships based on merit and caste. Mentioned below are the details for the same:
Merit Scholarship: Students with a 90% score in the +2 examination will be provided a scholarship worth 30% of the course/tuition fee only. This offer will be continued if the student secures a minimum CGPA of 8.5 in each of the subsequent years.
Scholarship for the SC, ST, Economically backward/Minority: 3 scholarships each/year/program with 30% of the course/tuition fee as a scholarship for 1st year.
Meritorious scholarship: Toppers of each university program at the end of the year will get a scholarship worth 30% of the course/tuition fee as a scholarship.
Note: Career advancements courses like MBA coaching (CAT, XAT, etc.), CA, CS, and Indian Civil Services (IAS, IFS, IPS, etc.) will be made available on campus (on a payment basis).
XIM University has established a new campus at Nijigada, Kurki under Pipli Tehsil, situated at a distance of 20 km from the Old (XIM) campus. Classroom complex: The Classroom Complex includes air-conditioned lecture halls, seminar rooms, syndicate rooms, multimedia hall, computer labs and an executive classroom. The classrooms are equipped with educational audio/video equipment, tablet PCs, computers with large monitors, LCD projectors and network connections. The admission process was based on entrance exam scores like CAT, XAT, NMAT and XGMT which was an entrance from the university side.The students who couldnot clear cutoff in Cat, xat or nmat will be given chance to appear xgmt.Based on that merit list will be announced in 1st round, 2nd round and final round.

There was entrance exam, called XGMT and post that there was a PI round. The XGMT paper involved more quants and qualitative. The PI round involved the in-depth of urban management and urban planning. Knowledge of cities and urban planning is an added advantage.

Yes, the announcement if merit list is done very late.It might affect admission to other colleges. Moreover, the login portal provides wrong information at times. Like I was eligible but my message displayed in login portal showed you are not selected. They should improve the admission process.

Admission to XIMB can be secured in 3 ways: CAT, XAT, and XGMT. The exams are held from November to January time frame and the admission forms open from around October goes on till January. The application form can be accessed from the website of the college, or other social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram can also redirect you to the link. The college usually has 50% reservation for Odiya domicile. After the exam, if you qualify for the cut off which is usually around the 85 percentile, you get an admission interview call letter from the college. The interview takes place with a panel of professors from the college.

You have to get through the exams like CAT, XAT or GMAT and then based on the GD & PI round you will be selected. If some one has work experience one can get some added advantages. The quote system should be removed, students from Odisha have some reservations which should be removed

Eligible for the course we need to have scored a minimum of 60% in our class 12th exam and the application to apply for the course is pretty simple as the form is easily available online by paying certain application fees.
