Utkal University situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha was established in 1943 and the university was laid by Dr. Rajendra Prasad (first president of India) and was inaugurated by Dr. S Radhakrishnan (second president of India). Utkal University is the 17th oldest university in India. It is the largest affiliating university in India with 576+ affiliated colleges of various branches. The cutoffs are based on your 12th marks and it can be starting from first cut off to the waiting list. usually the first and second cut offs are really high in between 88 to 85%. The animation process was really time taking and the classes started very late due to the admission process

The admission process is very simple. You just have to score good marks in your 12th board. The minimum percentage to get into this BJP University for the BJP autonomous college is to score above 80 at least. As the cut up marks for the first selection goes till 89% and the last cut off marks goes till 82 or 80 won so if you are not getting beyond it so there cannot be a selection for this college.

There are 55 seats for PCM students and 55 seats for CBZ student and 55 seats for arts ... RIE CEE exam will have 3 part first is English 40 marks 20 question and second is teaching aptitude 60 marks 30 question and third is reasoning questions 60 marks 30 questions there are total 160 marks exam ... 160 marks is converted into 60% and class 12 marks is converted into 40% after that in total 100% students get their rank...

Admission was through Neet Ug which is a common entrance test across India. Cut off goes high in Odisha and increases every year. Hi-tech is a semi private college so after every government seat is filled, students opt for this College so cutoff increases.

The candidate must have to qualify in the +2 examination by at least 70% to join in UG course. Admission to integrated courses such as BBA and MBA is based on the common PG entrance test conducted by the university. Semester will be held twice per year. You have to contact the respective department. One of my friends who was preparing for the MFC exam got all the questions from the office of the Department of Commerce. They may charge you but it is a very reasonable amount.
It also depends on whether the department is giving the questions. For example, the MBA Department does not give any question papers for certain reasons.
Can we go out of utkal university hostel in bbsr?
I have a few friends from Utkal University, who used to stay in hostels. According to them, you can go out of hostels. You need to be back before the notified time in the evening. If you need to stay out beyond the curfew time, you will have to get permission from the superintendent or the deputy superintendent. If you need to stay out of the hostel for more than one day you will have to apply through proper channel.
In case of departmental occasions like freshers’ party or annual day, you can stay out late. An application forwarded by the departmental head will be enough.
