I chose MBA HR at NMIMS because of the excellent placement record over the last 10 years and the numerous opportunities to gain corporate exposure. There are students in MBA HR with around 25 professors who are highly qualified. The teaching method is mostly project and assignment based that allows students to deep dive into the concepts and analyze them.
Placement Experience:
There are two stages of placements, summer internship, and final placements. The college guarantees 100% placements to all its students. Summer placements start in the first year in the second trimester and final placement in the second year. The average package for the final placement stood 15.1 lakhs per annum for the last year. The companies that visited the campus were from diverse industries.

the students become eligible for placements by the end of fourth trimester when companies start coming to campus to offer jobs to the students. companies such as tata, aditya birla, goldman sachs, reliance, unacademy, etc come on campus with average CTC being 13LPA and highest packages approximately being 26LPA. The biggest remuneration package is in the region of 35-40 lakhs. Other firms that visit campus include Microsoft, Jubilant, Genpact, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, and others. NMIMS is assigned to almost every batch. I also aim to work for the Sales sector.

If you attend this college, you'll find that it caters to an expensive, cushy, rich crowd. However, whether or not you actually learn anything will be up to you, as the classes can be quite lax. You'll need to maintain 805 attendance, which is compulsory.
On the bright side, the teachers are good and there are decent placement opportunities, especially when compared to other colleges. There are also various opportunities available, but keep in mind that money talks here, so be prepared to fend for yourself. The course itself is okay, much like most engineering colleges, but the labs and equipment are good and the infrastructure is solid.
Overall, if you choose to attend this college, you'll find that it's like any good engineering college with a higher fee. Just remember to stay focused and take advantage of the resources available to you. With hard work and dedication, you can succeed and thrive in this environment.
