Remarks :
The eligibility for pursuing an MBA is a graduate degree in any field. It is then followed by the NM Admission Test NMAT. NMAT occurs in the month of October to December in a 75-day window. The forms for the same are available on the NM website and in different coaching portals.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very diverse that gives the in-depth knowledge of all the Human Resources functional verticals including Talent Management, Performance Management Systems, Rewards and recognition, and others also. The student-to-faculty ratio is 6:1. The teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable.
Internships Opportunities :
Some of the top recruiters visit the campus during the summer internship program. More than 70 companies visit the campus during the process and 100% of the students are placed with an average stipend lying somewhere around 40,000.
Placement Experience :
There are two stages of placements, summer internship, and final placements. The college guarantees 100% placements to all its students. Summer placements start in the first year in the second trimester and final placement in the second year. The average package for the final placement stood 15.1 lakhs per annum for the last year. The companies that visited the campus were from diverse industries.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The fee for the entire course is nearly 22,00,000 which is among the top in Indian Institutes, but the return on investment matches the tuition fees. Not so sure about the scholarships provided by the institution as I didn't avail of them. But there are many banks that provide loan opportunities for the entire tuition fees with minimum interest rates.
Campus Life :
Campus Life as heard is amazing but we have not experienced it yet because of the covid pandemic. there are a wide number of clubs and committees for all the specializations where Hruday is the committee for Human Resources. There are 5 different clubs and HR Conclave is the annual flagship event of Human Resources. The infrastructure is among the best in the whole of India.
Interview Experience :
The first step was to clear the NMAT which consisted of Verbal, Reasoning, and Quantitative aptitude questions. The next step is the shortlisting of the group discussion round. the topics covered are general affairs, economy, and culture. The next step is the shortlisting for the Personal Interview round. Once it is done, then the results are declared and we get to know what all programs are we shortlisted for.
