- Few clubs are just brilliant. Clubs like amFOSS and BIOS are the top notch in their respective fields in the entire nation. amFOSS for open source and BIOS for cybersecurity. Hence plenty of guidance is provided by peers and friends in these clubs.
- The syllabus is pretty easy. Though it's lengthy it's doable and mostly students get through really well. Assignments are reasonable and hence plenty of time for self-development and building connections, working on projects and just growing.

- The mess food is not up to the mark. No special food even on events like Diwali, Holi, Ram Navami. It's the same dal rice, sambhar, idli every day. Never any fruits except a banana a week.
- The libraries aren't 24/7 which is a really disappointing fact. And they don't have A/C too. Just fans, and limited time, doesn't make up for a really good environment for studying when you find disturbance everywhere else.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is pretty much the same as any other college. Maybe the difference is the extra classes like yoga/meditation, ADM etc provided, which really try connecting students to their culture, roots and their traditions. Subjects/Topics like DBMS, Network, DSA, System Design and all others essentials are touched upon. S1 includes python language, S2 introduces to web-dev ( html, css, js, reactjs, nodejs etc). Ocassionaly there are CIR classes, which are taken by the placement cell. These classes aim to provided some idea about the placements, skills, and in general experience via coding competitions, mock interviews, fun games, communications building exercises etc. Hence the overall environment is pretty supportive. With regular class tests, assignments and vivas it's made sure that the student are performing throughout the year and develop a habit of working in tough conditions. Amidst these the extra skills are to be gained by the students themselves.
Internships Opportunities :
Interships are provided in plenty. Students can either apply for the internships in the college itself or even for companies. Students get a chance to experience summer internships in which they work on research papers under faculties. Many students start applying in the 6th semester. But the one's who have had the mentorship from the clubs start from the second year itself. Very few students exist who have already done internships even before they join the college.
Placement Experience :
Placements are pretty good. Most of the students get placed. Several get ppos and get internships in the 6th Semester itself. Companies like google and microsoft also hire. Many students apply for higher education too.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
2023-2024 (odd sem fee) 1) Tuition fee - 240000 2) Hostel fee - 67000 3) caution deposit/CCD - 5000 4) HCD - 10000 # students can definitely avail scholarships based on their marks in the AEEE exam and also via their percentile in JEE Mains exam. # there are fee slabs 1, 2, 3 and there is a management quota slab, the 4th slab. # in general students are paying anywhere between 4-6 lakhs just for the education. # some pay even lesser or some pay 7lakhs, that just depends on the fee slab and whether or not the student could get a shcolarship.
Campus Life :
1) club life is good, their is plenty of competitions, club members only hackathons, mentorship by top professionals and seniors. 2) social life is okay for out-going people. as regular events are held like the several festivals of kerala, andhra pradesh, telangana, tamil-nadu. So the college is always having some event with dance, music plenty of people and fun. 3) making connections is easy as the faculty are calm and are supportive. 4) sports are also provided, and the teams regularly excel in their respective inter college meets. Sports like badminton, cricket, football, basketball, body-building, karate and many others are supported and took up for competitions. 5) few student run groups are of internaional and national levels that work for social causes and reach out to nearby rural areas via regular field trips and help develop these areas.
Hostel Facilities :
1) girls hostel has accomodation for 4 people since the first semester itself 2) boys hostel has accomodation for 3 people in the first year and that goes up to 4 in the second year onwards. 3) Students generally apply for the hostels. 4) But there are plenty day-scholars too, and bus services are provided for them within reasonable distance of residence from the college campus. 5) hostel registration is done along with the fee payment itself, but done in two installments throughout the year. 6) Few people take PGs too but the administration tries it's best to monitor the activity in PGs and control the activities that might lead to problems for the students.
Admission :
AEEE rank - 4000(approx) State quota Hence got CSE 2nd slab. Best of the two ranks in AEEE exam is taken. The process is pretty easy, there are two exams like mains and the best is taken out of them. The cut off is okay as the exam is really easy.
Faculty :
The faculty seem qualified enough. Not much students are in need of deep knowledge as such and since the syllabus is pretty easy it's easy to get good grades. Even then the faculties put in their part and effort to impart the max. All the faculties are working on reaserch papers so often they ask for students who want to work on research papers and get papers published with their names on it, in addition to studying the regular classes. Students personally often ask their favorite subject faculties for any work they can do and faculties on seeing their profile mostly take them under their research. So the faculty-student connections are good.
