Fests are just awesome if don't believe just search about dtu fest on internet also this year engifest'23 is organised and approx 3 lakh students visited dtu to attend this fest
It's fest ... the fest are the best ( the one which happen in feb and march ) and also it's people .

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that the canteen is the worst part of DTU.
Some of the faculty has very bad attitude towards teaching and their behaviour towards students.

The people you met, the teachers, the vibe thats just been amazing till now,
The chill level of DTU is so high, its chill guys, you just got to be smart.

Dislikes

The area or location is quite outside of Delhi resulting much time to travel for any requirement.
The admin block is really really rude and strict in their working.

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem onwards , the intern season kicks off and thus the rat race begins. This race goes on and on till the 8th sem. The companies visited DTU are Amazon, google, microsoft, palantir, sprinkler etc The highest international package of 2023 is 1.8 cr and domestic package is 64.3 lakhs. The Highest was offered by Palantir internationally and Amazon by Domestic. The Avg package was 15.16 lakhs. DTU boasts a high placement rate for the like of majority getting placed in good companies Working a few years in a tech startup or big company and then off for an adventure of a life time

Infrastructure : college is lush green big you can hangout with your friends
Fest: the fest in this college is pretty good you’ll enjoy a lot

Dislikes

You’ll not get a hostel if you are from delhi
There is no swinging pool and squash room

Placement Experience:

Placement in college is like all tier 1 colleges it's the best you can get this year college average is 22 lakh and last year's college avg was 15.6 lakh and the CS avg was 25 lahks better than all nit and comparable to top iit.

Campus Life :- huge campus with greenery .
Plants and greenery is the attraction of campus.

Dislikes

Someday monkeys got snatched your food if you eat in a open area.
Students Ruthlessly drive thier vehicle.

Placement Experience:

1) from 8th semester onwards you are elligible to sit in campus placements . 2) Google, Microsoft, Myntra, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Deloitte these companies visited with an average package of my branch being 24 lpa. 3) highest package 1.5cr and average package being 16 lakhs for all branches included. 4) almost 90-95% students got placed. 5) take placements most accurate to me.

The lush green campus is one of the prominent feature which attracts students
The fest conducted here are also at huge level which makes the college life more enjoyable

Dislikes

The exams conducted here are made too hectic that is there is no preparatory off between the exams which make it hectic and students are not able to do well because of that
The intake of the students in the college is also one of the concerning issue for the college as it results in massive competition at times of placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at our college our is quite good various MNC companies visit our campus like Google Microsoft Amazon. The highest offer in the previous placement season stood at 1.2CR per annum and the average package was around 15LPA. The sprinkler was the company that gave the highest stipend for an internship which was 2lac/month. More than 82% of students are placed rest go for either higher education or government exams preparation. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in a Good MNC with a decent package.

DTU a good college for placements and college life

DTU is great college and it is of IIT level. i like the campus , the sports facilities.
The college is best for its placement and here we get more time than any other colleges in india , we get ample of free time than any iits or nits .

Dislikes

i dislike the percentage of reservation given for the delhi students here like they get around 85% reservation .
there is not so many outlets like ccd, subway for eating. college is very outside from delhi

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible after the 6th semester for placements and they can go for interns from the 3rd semester. Companies here are Microsoft, apple, meta, Netflix, Hotstar, adobe, and Goldman Sachs. In the year 2022, more than 2000 packages are given. The highest domestic package was given by apple india 60lacs and the average package was 20lacs. around 95 percent of students are placed. I'm planning to do coding so that placed in good companies.

The campus the crowd and the clubs ,fests.
Clubs fests and parties are fun time u will cherish them.

Dislikes

Too crowded sometimes it just feels suffocating but at night its a treat.
Management is really slow it feels as if the college is working on its own by student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Because the course had all the subjects necessary for today's time and will be a good branch for getting a good job. Well, there were 75 students in a class and had 1 teacher. The student-to-faculty ratios in the labs are good but theoretical classes are not good so yes it's screwed. All teachers are well qualified and teaching method is also good. Well for us the exams were conducted on time as our semester was only 3 months long so midterms were only 1.5 months' time. And were conducted on time and they were easy to pass can easily pass by studying 1 day before the exam but for scoring good marks you have to study well before the exam.

Camous of dtu is too large. Dtu campus is about 162 acers
Faculty is too good. Faculty is highly qualified.

Dislikes

Crowd in campus is too large. Lots of crowd in the campus.
Maximum thing are good but few thing are not good

In 3 yrs students starts getting offers of intership In 4 yrs student starts getting placement offers. 400+ companies visit the camous. Top recurting companies are google, Microsoft , Amazon and many more companies 97 percent student get placement

The amazing DTU

The huge and lush green campus of the DTU with many small animals around gives you a vibe that you are living among the nature. Be it the beautiful flowers in the spring season that cover the roads or the rains of the monsoon.
The campus life is one of the best in country. Loads of fests and events throughout the year keep the students engaged.

Dislikes

There's absolutely nothing that I disliked about this college from the moment I stepped into the college

Placement Experience:

Placement records are excellent. The percentage of students getting placed varies from branch to branch but for tech branches, it's almost 100 per cent and for core branches, many PSUs and lots of other companies visit. The highest package would be 1.2 Cr and average around 15-16 lacs.

Campus : the lush green 161 acre campus is a pure piece of beauty. Greatly managed. You will see peacocks and more friendly beings more often.
Atmosphere : DTU is very chill as compared to other colleges. You'll not have much workload

Dislikes

Faculty: they hold grudges and don't give marks..they just read out ppt and doesn't focus on learning
Security : a bit off as there is no as such security anybody can just enter the college.

Placement Experience:

The placements are great here. The average package of my branch is 18 lakh, coming to cse 26 lakhs, IT 22 lakh, Software 20 lakh. Around 350-400 companies visit the college. The highest package offered was 2 Crore. Around 80% of the students get placed. Most of the students opt for MBA, UPSC, and other exams for further studies.
