Okay, so I availed hostel facility and honestly this was not upto the mark, Although hostel life with your friends is a very nice experience. The mess food but don't expect you'll get tasty food every day. Many times we skipped mess. The rooms have only a fan and it is definitely not enough to endure the heatwaves nowadays, You can rent a cooler for your room. The washroom is shared by 5 people and in my personal opinion it was not a great experience but you will enjoy the hostel life even after these things.

In non AC rooms you'll have 24 hour electricity, seamless LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, no extra charges for coolers in summers, no restrictions on using electric iron, kettles, induction cooktops, etc. In AC rooms there is a facility of centralised Air conditioning and all facilities that are in non AC rooms Meal quality is above average as experienced by me and my hostel mates Hostel charges are: Non AC triple sharing: Rs. 52000 for 10 monts Non AC double sharing: Rs. 56000 for 10 months Non AC single sharing: Rs. 60000 for 10 months AC triple sharing: Rs. 72000 for 10 months Mess charges: Rs. 34800 for 10 monts You'll have to pay extra charges of you want to stay in hostel for summer vacations Hostel registration happens through college website and in my point of view hostel is quite affordable

The hostel facilities to the first year boys are very bad. However the 2/3/4 years have okay hostels. The girls hostels are very good, with washing machines, lifts and air conditioning. There's only 1 boys hostel with Air conditioning which is 3 seater.

The hostels are just average bare minimum to survive. Just like typical bollywood movies you will have a single double or triple sharing room whatever you are allocated . Genrally 1st year students are alotted Aryabhatta Hostel which has triple sharing rooms, from second year you have option for whatever room you want . The rooms just have a fan a bed an almirah and a table. Although if you want to live in a better place you can opt for pg near the college there are huge number options avalaible.

The hostels are great , especially the new ones , they have the best facilities from mess to ac to wifi and security and cleanliness. The mess menu changes according to the students collective decision and the hostel council approvs of it . The food is 7/10 The registration process is provided in detail on the website however being physically present at the time of document submission is necessary and the space is enough to accommodate a lot of people especially girls

The hostel facilities are available only for the outside delhi students. Then it will be on the basis of the distance from the campus.First year hostel as well as mess food are both bad. The hostel costs around 90 k for 3 seater NONAC.Hostel registration takes place through their website and the hostel committee will be supervising it.The pg are available all around the campus.

Am a hosteler and i can answer it more correctly, that 1st year hostels are average but second and onward is so good. My accommodation fees in my hostel is fifty two thousand and mess fees is thirty eight thousand. My hostel is aviary like not so good .
DTU hostel life is like any other college. My friend was allotted a room in the Type 3 girls hostel and this is what her hostel building looked like:
Here is what her room looked like
The hostel life is pretty disciplined here and girls are expected to get back to their rooms by 11 PM. The attendant keeps track of the student's attendance and locks the main building door to ensure no one gets out. Boys on the other hand get a lot of freedom and can roam around the campus even at 2 in the morning. Midnight cravings can be taken care of by Micmac which stays open till around 2 AM. This is what the DTU campus looks like at night.
The campus is well-secured and guards are on duty throughout the night. The hostels are situated near the academic block and you can reach the classes within a few minutes.
Overall, the hostel life at DTU is pretty vibrant and you make a lot of memories here.
Here is the girls-to-boys ratio at DTU for both UG and PG courses
Therefore, Male to female percentage is found to be 84%:16% at DTU-Delhi Technological University.
NSUT Delhi
The gender ratio of NSUT Delhi is not so good there are only 20% of girls there and around 80% are boys.
Out of 2285 students, there are 1494 males, 393 females, and 398 students who don't want to specify their genders.
Hope the above information was of help to you.
