This course is the best course, and the package at the end is the maximum in computer science.
Yes, an internship is good; they have the choice to choose from a list of 300+ companies.

Dislikes

Fees increase by 15% each year, which is not good for economically weaker students. The merit scholarship amount is also less, and income verification should improve as well, as some people take advantage of that.
We learn a lot about different cultures from them. There is no discrimination whatsoever. No one is taunted for being of a minor religion, caste, or background. Everyone here is equal. Though there can be discrimination based on CGPA, which can be annoying sometimes.

Overview of bits goa

The peer group here is incredible. Bits also has something called practice schools. They provide real time experience of work life after 2-2(2nd year second sem).
The coding culture in bits goa is the best. Pre COVID our campus has around 20 to 21 GSoC selections. This year we have 10 of them.

Dislikes

The grading is too difficult. The relative grading here is a little bit wierd. The sole power of grading lies in the hands of IC(instructor in charge). If he doesn't feel like it he can reduce the average grade.
Its hard to compete with peers as they are on the same level as you thanks to the no reservation policy in bits.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements is pretty decent. You get ps1 and PS2 for internships and experience. You also get SIPs that is summer internship programme where the company hires interns. The chances of getting pre placement offer is high in sips. The average package is around 17 to 18 lakhs for the whole batch. Non core placements is also done by students apart from core and making start ups

Placement Experience:

You become eligible for placements after clearing all your compulsory courses in the 4th year. The list of companies are a lot and can be accessed via the college website. Highest package in 2021 passing out batch was 50Lakhs. Profiles offered were in the tech, finance, non-tech and core-engineering. From the students who choose to sit for placements 90% of them get placed.

Amazing Experience at BITS - Goa

Placements at BITS - Goa is above 90%. They have many companies visiting the campus all over the year. The highest package was around 43LPA. The average package lies around 12-14 LPA. The placement scenario at BITS - Goa are great.

Placements are BITS Goa is really good, considering it's a Tier 1 college. Most of the students registering for placements end up with an offer. The highest package would be around 40lpa with the average being about 10-12 LPA.

Remarks:

I chose BITS Pilani Goa because of the diversity of students which come here and because of no reservation policy. The policy to update coursework every 3 years also makes it lucrative. I even had few of my relatives in BITS so I could have a comprehensive review of the college.

As I already said it is one of the best campuses in india..if you get admission just go for it..you don't have to think twice.. I bet no one ever regretted joining bits.
