  • Curriculum is what I don't like here. Markings in some subjects are also not good and professors are very reluctant.
  • Manufacturing process subject has its written exam which i think is of no use as it is a practical subject.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Since, I am in 1st year of the college, all students of 1st year irrespective of branches , follows same curroculum. I would rate it as a decent curriculum. Some of the subjects are very important but there are some subjects also which i think is of no use like Numerical Method and Manufacturing Process.

Internships Opportunities :

Since, I am a 1st year undergraduate student , i do not have very much insights of internship stipends but the much i know in my field i.e ML by asking to our seniors is that no companies for ML comes in college , we have to go for off campus internships in our domain. Although , companies do offer internships for WebD and infosec .

Placement Experience :

College of placements are decent. Final year students are eligible for on campus placements although we can apply for job off campus irrespective of year. Highest on campus package remains around 50 lpa and avg. package is around 15 lpa . Most of the big MNC's visit out college and offers good placements. Almost all students who apply for placements gets placed till the end of course. My plans are off campus high package placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For General category student , tution feess is 1 lakhs rs/semester . There are fee waivers for SC/ST category students and PwD students . Their 100% tution fees is waived. There are also fee waiver as per family income. Family income < 5 lakhs per year will get their 2/3rd fee waived and that < 1 lakh per year will get their 100% tution fee waived. College also provides merit-cum-scholarships.

Campus Life :

Overall i would say , our college is good for social activities. Cultural clubs are very active and are really good. Our college also organises 4 fests. 2 cultural , 1 tech fest and 1 sports fest namely Khanan , srijan, Parakram, and Concceto during August, February, march and october respectively. Sports facilities are also okay. Every sports have their well qualified coaches. Library has wide variety of books and journals.

Admission :

Addmission process is quite easy. The college is alloted as per JOSAA counselling. We had to come at a specific date on campus for physical registration. But what i didn,t liked was there was a very big line for the same . It became a very tedious process. It could be done in a way , allot timing to a group of students.

Faculty :

Our college has good faculty-to-student ratio. It helps us to approach our teachers for our doubts as they remain availble for clearing out doubts. The faculties are very well qualified , all are PhD's from abroad universities having good HI index. We can interact with the faculties as many times as we want , they are approachable , they answers our mails also.
