The classes and lecture halls are up to date and have many advance facilities

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum of bit mesra is up to date since this is a deemed university they can decide their own curriculum talking about exams and difficulty level of exam we have 2 unit test 1 mid semester and 1 end semester exam in a particular semester and difficulty level is pretty good.

Internships Opportunities :

There are many intention of opportunities provided by b.IT Messer, many companies visit regularly for the intense ships for the Computer science branch and the I.TS branch, there are many opportunities.There are more opportunities for mechanical land chemical also

Placement Experience :

Placement here at bit mesra are very much decent almost 300 companies visited last year and the average package was 11.6 lakh rupees per annum. Companies like Microsoft google visit frequently here at bit

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees at bit mesra is quite high a normal person can't afford it without taking loan through bank some of my freinds have taken that. We have one merit base scholarship named gp birla scholarship.

Campus Life :

B I t messra , have a lush green campus. There are many infrastructure facilities.There is a football and cricket ground.There are all type of sports Facilities. Labs and Labs and research work is up to the mark

Admission :

I got admission through jee mains after giving jee mains exam i scores 95 percentile then i got mechanical branch here by jossa counseling this college provides all the reservations benifits which other colleges provides

A college with tremendous placement

Placement Experience:

Almost all the students of NIT Jamshedpur are placed irrespective of their branch. Coming to Civil branch the placement percentage is above 95 percent. And the average package is around 9 lpa. So in terms of placement NIT Jamshedpur is among one of the best NITs of India.

BIT MESRA - A BOON OR A BANE

Placement Experience:

The palcements scenario is decent in our college . Here very good comapnes come for recuritment but they are grenerally for the branches like computer science and IT. Other branches like ECE and EEE also have decent placemnets but othereise all other branches have a pretty dull placemnet scene.

Our placements are better than other colleges but not as good as other iits also due to recession the placement have declined this year , as for me I have secondary choice to prepare for gate as core companies like cil don't come to campus placement and we have to crack gate which easier for my branch as it is a rare branch in india

BIT Sindri Review from an insider perspective.

Placement Experience:

Final year students i.e. from 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Companies like Tata Steel, L&T , Vedanta limited, TSUIL, TCE, Adani group, Aditya Birla group and many more companies visited the campus for placements. Also Core engineering branch students are also eligible for IT companies like TCS , Accenture, Deloitte etc they also visit campus. Total offers made this year was around 400 Average package is around 6.5 LPA. Highest package is 13.2 LPA by Vedanta for GET role. Around 75% of students were placed. My plans after degree :- I am joining L&T Constructions after my degree. I was offered this role by L&T during my campus placements. My responsibilities will be to assist the senior engineers and learn from them.

From 3rd year one can go for placements, they are eligible. Campus placements do happen. Infosys, tcs, wipro, and many more companies visit here and hire the most skilled engineers. The percentage is obviously really good. A minimum of 80% of the students get placed in good-paying jobs.

NJT JAMSHEDPUR is known for its Placement. This NIT offers more than 95% Placement in all the branches. The good thing is that 100% Placement in core branches.
