Remarks :

IIT Mandi is the newest addition to the IIT family. Because I am from Himachal Pradesh, I am aware that IIT Mandi is quite popular among the youth, not because it is part of the IIT family, but because of its CSE programme, and most of the young people, including myself, desire to complete their CSE programme at IIT Mandi. The candidate must pass the GATE exam and earn a minimum of 60% in a degree programme from a recognised university. After passing the GATE exam, you must register for COAP counselling. If seats are available, you will be assigned to a college, and I was fortunate enough to be assigned to the college of my choice.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Without a doubt, the college's curriculum meets worldwide standards considering right now I am working at a really good place, which is only possible because of the time I spent at IIT Mandi. The curriculum is adaptable and is revised on a regular basis to reflect changes in the industry. To put it another way, the curriculum is in line with the real-world situation. The programme consists of a mix of theoretical and practical information.

Course Fees : INR 217000 per year

Placement Experience :

The college boasts a 100% placement rate. The college placement committee was successful in inviting market leaders to participate in the college's recruitment process. The college placement committee is dedicated and professional, and they assist us with the college placement process. Our batch's highest placement package was 25 LPA, while the average package was roughly 12 LPA. The college placement campaign included companies such as Google, Microsoft, Samsung Bangalore, Adobe, Walmart, Paytm, Amazon, Samsung Bangalore, and others. During the college placement drive, almost 75 companies came to our campus.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Merit-based scholarships are available at the college. SC/ST/PWD students can also apply for a scholarship at the college. Campus Life :

The college's campus life is excellent. The college campus covers an area of 275 acres. The school is nestled in the heart of the lovely mountains, with a breathtaking view all around. The college hosts sporting events between its several departments. The college hosts events such as quiz competitions, debates, and cultural performances. The administrative staff and seniors at the college are extremely nice and helpful.

Life at Baddi University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is based on Continuous and Comprehensive evaluation. The faculty members are very helpful. In case of any difficulty, you can ask them any time. The HOD is PhD in Electrical engineering and has teaching experience of more than 10 years. The other teachers are also well-graduated and possess relevant experience. Each semester you have to give 2 mid-term exams and then a final exam. The level of Questions asked is easy if you have studied the concepts.

My experience of NIT HAMIRPUR.

Placement Experience:

Final-year students are eligible for campus placement. PGCIL and L&T are the companies that came for the Electrical and Mechanical branches. Some oil companies also came with an average package of 10 LPA. More than 80% of students were placed. I was placed as an Assistant Professor and I want to continue my future in teaching.

IIT Mandi Campus life and admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite good. The faculties are good and well qualified from the best colleges. The faculty and student ratio is satisfactory. In some of the subjects, we were having mid-semester examination end semester examinations but in some subjects, we were having only mid-semester and some kind of projects and class participation of students.

Entrance Preview:

GATE, AIR 812, NITH was one of the few colleges providing PG specialisation in Computer Science and Engineering course. The location and infrastructure of the college is just amazing.

Admission:

IITs release notifications for post-graduate programs in Engineering (M.Tech) through GATE examinations every year. The examination is held in the month of February. The forms could be obtained at nationalised banks and also at all the IITs. The GATE (Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering) is a national level examination for all Post-graduate courses in Engineering which are eligible for grants by AICTE.
