always positive as this is iit. social symbol of our society. never compare this college to any other college of north india. its provided good knowledge with good skills. to stand out in the crowd of engineers. i strongly say please prepare to get this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

exam are depend upon teachers mood. sometime open book test is conducted by teacger to test your learning eligibility. as test paper is oif good quality before night study is not work there u have go deeply to each subject. faculty are well skilled with good knoweldge of subject and they teach well each subject and course.

Placement Experience :

placement for computer science students is awesome u get high package of 15-17 lac per anum average. civil engineering student are placed in some reputed institute like l&t,sapoorji pannoji,afcon etc. mtech placement are also good. u r some time selected in hihger studies in good institute like mit,standford etc. u feel good to work in this enviornment to study there.

College Events :

rann neeeti -sports meeet exodia -cultural meet nirmaan club- civil department technip-technical fest lot of funding are provided there to run the program lot of sponsor are involved in this event. u find great attitude and good mind people compete with you to work in this awesome place. events are of three days.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

fees of btech :- 156666 rs mtech fees:- 43000 rs phd fees :- 30500 rs loans facilty are provide with low percentage rate. and there is rebate on fees by sc/st category student. 75 k scholarship is provided by himachal pardesh govt to iits student of hp domicile.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

female candidate get 1000 rs scholarship every semester with good cgpa. hiachal pradesh scholashi[ps are available for himachali student. loan facility are provided by sbi and pnb. u getting loan there easily with good interest rate means low interest rate.

Campus Life :

labs are weel equipped with good quality equipment and lab assistant are knowledgeabe they provide good practicals skills to every and each student. gymkhnanna have their regular tournament and nss ncc are doing their social activities on large scale.

Hostel Facilities :

hostel are compulsory in this campus. as this campus is fully resendtial. u have not supposed to live outside this campus. mess food is not good there is two mess u have opted for one and each time u tear for your home food.

External Expense : Rs. 10000 - Rs. 15000

Alumni/Alumna :

alumni network are awesome all the alumni are placed in good university. and working in higher company in good post. they always guide their junior in every step to get good job. and provided good knowledge about company demanfd industry faceups and regular alumni meet is taken place.

Admission :

for btech you have to clear jee main and jee advance. and u have good percentile. for mtech u have qualified gate exam with good rank below than 1500. gate is to be conducted by 7 iits and isc banglore each year in month of feb. for phd u have to give interview.

Faculty :

faculty are from foreign university. good knoweldge good skill as well as good behaviors. but some ego problem are there in faculty. mainly there focus on demand of industry give practical examples of each problem. with good reaoning. and happy to ask question between them to get some clarity.

Life at Baddi University.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is based on Continuous and Comprehensive evaluation. The faculty members are very helpful. In case of any difficulty, you can ask them any time. The HOD is PhD in Electrical engineering and has teaching experience of more than 10 years. The other teachers are also well-graduated and possess relevant experience. Each semester you have to give 2 mid-term exams and then a final exam. The level of Questions asked is easy if you have studied the concepts.

My experience of NIT HAMIRPUR.

Placement Experience:

Final-year students are eligible for campus placement. PGCIL and L&T are the companies that came for the Electrical and Mechanical branches. Some oil companies also came with an average package of 10 LPA. More than 80% of students were placed. I was placed as an Assistant Professor and I want to continue my future in teaching.

IIT Mandi Campus life and admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is quite good. The faculties are good and well qualified from the best colleges. The faculty and student ratio is satisfactory. In some of the subjects, we were having mid-semester examination end semester examinations but in some subjects, we were having only mid-semester and some kind of projects and class participation of students.

Entrance Preview:

GATE, AIR 812, NITH was one of the few colleges providing PG specialisation in Computer Science and Engineering course. The location and infrastructure of the college is just amazing.

Admission:

IITs release notifications for post-graduate programs in Engineering (M.Tech) through GATE examinations every year. The examination is held in the month of February. The forms could be obtained at nationalised banks and also at all the IITs. The GATE (Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering) is a national level examination for all Post-graduate courses in Engineering which are eligible for grants by AICTE.
