- They are very flexible and supportive about interacting with students.
- The scholarships that you can get is inspire , from this scholarship you can get around 60k per year.
- The hostels are neat and clean with the registration process for hostels is british smooth the hostels are affordable the mess food is quite good and its better than any other colleges the best food is the best.
Dislikes
- Initially someone can struggle to understand mathematics and hate it maybe
- the department of biolopgy is maybe not that good
- no on campus placement option so cant say much about placement

I wanted to study pure science that's why i took the course the course curriculum us sufficient you can get a good PhD offer if you do the courses religiously the teachers are good and they can improve the quality of teching by making interactive slide and give visual examples exams happen in mid amd end sem with average difficult level

- Conditions of hostel is amazing and probably better than any other college

- Its is actually very far from the Kolkata city
- In order to eat good food you have to go really far
- It's really hot here at the time of summer.

The placements are not that much as this is a research institute and people opt to go for PhD abroad. The percentage of people who get PhD abroad is around 60% and they also get fellowship for their experience during their phd

- Financial aid is generally not given by college
- College fest always gets delayed due to lack of funds

Curriculum is a bit hectic and you have to study a lot if you're a nerd and want to pursue basic science or become a scientist then this is best place for you the faculty is decent and you get a good exposure

Placement Experience:
Campus placements although do exist, since it is a research organisation, most students aim for a higher degree and aim to get into top research institutes in the country and abroad. There is an entrepreneurship cell that helps in entrepreneurial activities in campus. After the degree I plan to apply for a PhD project at a reputed university that would help me propel my research career in the subject of my liking

There is very few so-called campus placement here.
Placements are mainly from IITs and NITs.
Here if You are interested in research then only come.
Even the students don't think of placements here because It's not a good place for placements.

Since iiser Bhopal is a research college so they don't focus mainly on placements although there is a placement cell in iiser most of the students after doing graduation choose to study further. But if any student wants to do a job after graduation they can appear in a college placement interview and they do jobs. But I want to study further.

I chose this course as it is interdisciplinary. This means I have to study all subjects for 2 years. It is my interest in research and basic science.
The faculty is amazing but the administration is slow.
The faculty members are very good. Term exams twice. And it is difficult.

Remarks:
The IISER is excellent in research programmes. The doctoral programmes are offered in various science streams and also in Humanities and Social Sciences. The admission to PhD usually takes place in January. The admission is based on academic scores and NET eligibility.

Indian Institute of Science Education Research is reputed institute which is popular in having national and international collaborations. The admission to BS MS programme is either by KVPY channel, JEE-Advanced Exam or State and Central Boards Channel.
