Remarks :

This college is good in research and in science. Thi college is basically for basics science. If any student wants to pursue pure science in their graduation and do research in the future then he can choose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I want to pursue graduation in physics. The faculty of our college is the best most teachers and professors have done their Ph.D. from foreign universities. The term exams are a little bit tough if you follow the professor lecture in timely then there is no problem you will pass the exam easily.

Class Size : 300Course Fees : INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are many opportunities for internship in iiser Bhopal not even in iiser Bhopal, in all iiser. Students from IISER can do internships in foreign also. Students from IISER mainly do internship in iits research laboratory and iisc etc.

Placement Experience :

Since iiser Bhopal is a research college so they don't focus mainly on placements although there is a placement cell in iiser most of the students after doing graduation choose to study further. But if any student wants to do a job after graduation they can appear in a college placement interview and they do jobs. But I want to study further.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is very low as compared to iits and nits. If you pursue BSMS from is a college which is 5 years course the total expenses is around 6 lakhs this includes everything. If students perform well on boards then students avail the scholarship offer called inspire SHE.

Campus Life :

The annual fest of our college is called enthuziam and there is also a tech fest. The library is well furnished and contains lakhs of books with 24 hours wifi. There are the best facilities for sports. There are so many clubs like dancing singing etc. So overall campus life of IISER Bhopal is best.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel of IISER Bhopal is one of the best hostels in India. The mess foods are quite good the quality of food is same as in iits. We don't have to register for a hostel it is compulsory for all students who take admission in iiser Bhopal or any iiser. So we don't have to take pg or room separately.

Hostel Fee : INR 1500 per year

WANT TO BE SCIENTIST , JUST GET ADMISSION IN IISER KOLKATA

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are different for different departments students. Like i was in physics department,, they give assignment, quizes and and midsem and endsem and the marks their varry depending on the course teacher decision. I selected physical science and i am quite satisfied with my course selection as the lab experience was very good. Teacher take 2 or 3 teaching assistant to help the students in the classroom, Teaching assistant are actually seniors and they help students in very friendly way.

Life at IISER - A Glimpse

In my opinion, the relevance is extremely subjective, in certain subjects we learn way more than what is expected from undergraduate students, in others our knowledge level is comparitively less. It depends on the faculty member taking the course honestly. It changes course to course.

IISER Kolkata and why it's one of the best for research

Placement Experience:

There's an entire department dedicated to internships and placements and the information surrounding it. I am not sure about from which semester students become eligible for campus placements, but it must be around after the 3rd year. Of course the whole purpose of IISER is based on research rather than placements, as a result most of the students opt further studies than a job after their completion of MS

Life at iiser k

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always been fascinated by the researchers or innovators i have read about in books or newspapers. I have always wanted to do something that would be helpful for present and upcoming generations and there's nothing better than new innovations. The curriculum is mostly based on making us more interested in the present world and discoveries inclining us towards the world of research opening our minds to things we never thought about. There are quizez very frequently to check is everyone's getting it or not which I think is a really good way to get everyone involved.

IISER kolkata and its description.

Placement Experience:

Students can sit for placement in their 5th year after completing the BS-MS course. Company like ITC infotech , TCS etc visit to offer placement. As iiser is a Institute mainly for research studies , not many students sit in placement, they opt for higher studies in national or in some foreign Institutes. From what i know the highest package in 2023 was 48 lpa and average package was 7 lpa.

IISERK, good place for people who want to get into academics, quite hectic otherwise

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course syllabus is very broad and well researched. All departments ensure that in first two years all students are exposed to a variety of subdivisions of the science majors taught in the campus. Exam difficulty and frequency is entirely dependent on the professor, some keep it very light while some make you want to drop out.

The placement in Our college is quite good.Normally around 80% of the people get placed through CDC which is the on campus organisation that connects students with companies.The placement cell even provides some foreign internships and jobs due to immense amount of connections they have around the world.They even conduct workshops to help the students know about the industry and acquire soft skills which are needed to get placed.
