This is a really open and inclusive place irrespective of your gender , sexuality, caste etc.
Considering the fact that most of the courses here have visiting faculty it makes you open to new people and let’s you know more perspectives and help you think differently

Dislikes

The infrastructure is really old which dates back to 1961 and over the time it has just been renewed and not completely furnished or reconstructed
I guess they should change the curriculum since they have been following the same curriculum since the beginning and ig it’s high time that it gets updated

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel infrastructure is not great. Hasn't been changed since 1961. We don't have mineral water facility on all the floors. The mess food is pretty decent. Breakfasts are the best they cook all kinda eggs you want. Hostel charges are 6k per semester and mess charges are 23410 per semester

Hostel Facilities:

Yes. The hostels are quite nice compared to many other Indian college hostels. There are 3 older buildings A, B and C, latter being the girls' hostel. There are new hostel complex built recently which are even more well furnished than the old ones.

Hostel Facilities:

The hotel rates in NID is very cheap. I am surprised that it costs only 25k-30k per year for both boys hostel and girls hostel. The charges may vary according to the preferences like 2 bedding, 3 bedding or 4 bedding rooms. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, mess is hygienic and the food is good.

Hostel Facilities:

The hostel charges same amount of money for boys and girls hostel. The yearly charges are surprisingly very much less as Rs. 25000- 30000. The charges differs for facilities like room sharing (2-4). The mess is also good and food is hygienic.

Hostel Facilities:

The college gives hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The hostel fees differs from 25,000 to 30,000. The hostels are very clean and are very strict when it comes to safety and privacy of a student. The food provided by the hostel is also very good and the hostels are very well sanitised. Hostel Facilities:

6 out of 10. There is no facility of PG or rooms on rent. The students have to stay in hostels with an occupancy of 2 students in each room. The food is not as good as it's expected to be in such a big fee clearance.

Hostel Facilities:

We never feel we are away from home as the hostel mess is more than good and the rooms of the hostel are cleaner and have a great supporting staff. We have most of the rooms 2 sharing and very few 3 sharing. They are equipped with a fan, 2 almirah, 2 big tables, 4 chairs, 2 notice boards, 2 locker. The hostel has their supporting staff which keeps everything clean. Hostels have enough seats always for the student intakes. But in case, we easily get accommodation in area around. Its all residential area nearby.

Hostel Facilities:

The mess food is okay and sometimes they provide you with good food. The canteen is very good and you will be satisfied. Speaking about hostels, they are pretty cool. Its a 2 room occupancy hostel and every year we have to shift into a new building to empty rooms dor newer batches.

The other students and how everyone is different from eachother.
The culture of nid is very rich and have a good alumni system

Dislikes

The weather of Ahmedabad and specially during summer it's very hard to sleep in hostel without ac's
Mess food is not very good too much oil and roti not properly cooked

Hostel Facilities:

Hostel are very basic no AC is given only fans You can bring your own cooler but only in summer time. Hostel is very affordable. Hostel are inside campus so it very safe. Mess food is okay not very good

This is batch 2020 I NEVER been to my campus so never experienced the campus life it's all just online but some of my seniors fantasied me about the fest and events on the campus even though the campus is in quite an outer area from the city but it's a new way to explore.
