NID DAT 2024 Application Last Date Extended till December 5; Check Direct Link Here

New Delhi: The National Institute of Design (NID) has extended the last date to register for NID DAT 2024 (Design Aptitude Test) till December 05, 2023 for admission to MDes and BDes programs. Interested candidates can apply by submitting their applications at admissions.nid.edu.

Following the schedule, the application form correction window for NIT DAT 2024 will be open from December 08 to December 10, 2023. The NIT DAT Prelims Admit Card 2024 will be released on December 12 and the prelims exam will be held on December 24, 2024.

NID DAT (Design Aptitude Test) is a national-level entrance examination conducted by the National Institute of Design for admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Design courses i.e. B.Des, M.Des. This exam is conducted in two stages i.e. Prelims & Mains.

Educational Qualification: 10+2 in any discipline from a recognized exam board.

Age Limit:

• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 2004. 
• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 2001 (Applicable for Reserved Category).
• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 1999 (Applicable for PwD Category).
• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 2004 (Applicable for Overseas (Supernumerary) Category).

NID DAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria for MDes

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree of minimum four years duration OR its equivalent.

Age Limit:

• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 1992. 
• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 1989 (Applicable for Reserved Category).
• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 1987 (Applicable for PwD Category).
• Candidates must be born on or after July 01, 1992 (Applicable for Overseas (Supernumerary) Category).

Step 1: Visit the official website of NID DAT (Design Aptitude Test) at admissions.nid.edu.

Step 2: Register by entering the basic details i.e. name, email address etc.

Step 3: Login by using your login credentials i.e. email ID, date of birth & password.

Step 4: Fill out the application form carefully and select the course i.e. B.Des, M.Des.

Step 5: Upload documents and pay the application fee through online mode.

Step 6: Verify all the details and keep a printout of the application form for future reference.
