There is alot of financial help offered to students The fees is already pretty low and is even lowered for scholarship helps to people of different caste, gender, and other socially helpable people which is good.

VJTI Insites

This college comes under State Government so the fees here for general candidates is relatively low 85,551 to be exact. The fees for category students changes depending upon the category. Scholarships are available for category students and it is well informed by the scholarship department about every scholarship that is available. Financial aid is provided by alumni for which an exam is conducted and interviews are taken by the alumni and faculty members.

The annual fee includes the term fees of the two semesters. It includes all the fess. It includes the tuition fees, library fees. There is only a minor hike in the fees when we pass from one year to the next. Financial assistance and scholarship is available.

The fees is very reasonable. Average 90000 per year. The college is very supportive regarding the fees payment structure. For the COVID batch, paying fees in installments was also allowed. I am not very sure about the recent batches. There are ample amount of scholarship opportunities, everyone can get one.

The fees at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Matunga East is the minimal fees you can pay for engineering. Being a government college, there are thousands of scholarships that students can apply for throughout the year.

VJTI Mumbai has not issued the placement statistics for 2022. The previous year's placement details of VJTI are mentioned below: The highest package offered is INR 58 LPA. The average package offered is INR 13 LPA. Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon are their major recruiters. There were more than 500 students placed in the 2021 placement session.

A Tradition of Excellence

The fees are very low when compared to other engineering colleges that charge exorbitant amounts. Even then, a lot of scholarship opportunities can be obtained through the scholarship department present on campus. I personally benefited from Government Scholarship through the DBT Portal online.

College offers an array of educational loans every year. VJTI scholarships are provided to students who are financially incapable of paying tuition fees. VJTI approves all the scholarships that are provided by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra. Some of the famous scholarship schemes are Top Class Sc Scholarship, Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship, Young Engineer Scholarship etc. Reserved category and minority students benefit the most from these scholarships.

VJTI Vollege, Matunga.

The MahaDBT scholarship is very useful. It is given to the reserved candidates to meet the college fees. And the amont is depend on the category of the candidate. It is also given to open category candidates who have income of less than 8, 00, 000 rupees and the amount is decided by the government given rules
