the faculties pf zakir hussain college of engineering and technology are okayish. all professors have obtained their degrees from we'll known colleges and have good past experience. some teach very well on the other hand some aren't able to convey their message properly. the exam structure is as follows there are 2 semesters in an year and in one semester there are 2 internal or mid sem exams.

there is almost 25 to30 faculty in every department in which there are approximately 500 to 600 students including every year . you will bw gettting almost 6 to 7 scoore with different credits. if you pass the course you will get full credits, unable to do so will result in back which needed to be passed in next sem. there will be one mid sementer and one end semester examination.

Rangawardhan and Pratibimba are two committees that organized cultural events every year and therefore the events are named the same. Since, it's an engineering college the main footage is given to Techfest called Technovanza. The campus is huge as it is built in an area in excess of 15 acres or so. Theres an entire Gymkhana inside the campus and besides that outfielde are available for sports like football and cricket.

Faculty:

The faculty of Applied Science is the best faculty. Even my maths sir Anurag shukla is the top 2% scientist of the world according to the Stanford ranking. And also the faculty is very supportive and about the course it is good but I think it should be better. For the exam point of view I would say it is easier to paas the exam if your are sincere then you can pass easily.

Campus Life:

Library includes very standard books which have mentioned in aktu syllabus. And accessibility of books are also very easy the staff's are also very supportive and helpful. Library includes AC and Wifi. There are many evens and fests like first year has come so the sports fest have started. Also technical fest. Every type of fests are run in our college

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is good enough. most of the faculty are permanent and few are guest faculties. The course structure includes 5-6 theory courses and 2-3 labs and 1 non credit subject. In second and third year there are also a mini project and in final year there are a major project. Our faculties which are mentor of the students project helpful and supportive. The semester exam which is conducted by aktu is very strict. Sometimes the evaluation of the exam copies are incorrect and misleading which causes students to pay 3000 for the re evaluation. Sometimes student unsatisfied with the results provided by aktu but there are no way to change due to high evaluation fees.

Placement Experience:

As you know this college is a Government Engineering College so there are training in placement department in our college which run so many recruitment drive in the campus which so many companies due to the number of student is not two large there for majorly all of the student are got placed in some companies with a minimum package of 6 lakhs to maximum package of 30 to 40 lacs based on your skills the percentage of placement of student in our college is approx 80 to 90%. Haryana so many student who are preparing for GATE exam in their final year who doesn't take placement in the college and go for higher studies.

the ratio of faculties is enough as enough attention is provided by the faculties, M.M solanki sir is very understanding and is excellent in making students understand the topics, as well as prof. mehfuza maam, she is all the goods you need from a professor. some professors are not able to connect with the students and the lectures are a struggle because of that, for example Dr.vala sir. there are 3 exams in a sem, mid sem 1, mid sem 2 and the final examination, there was a rule named npta(not permitted to attempt) this rule does not let students to attempt final exam unless the score of both mids is not up to the mark , this is a constant spiral down as one who is not able to clear mids has to then attempt the remid in which he or she has to gain score of 2 mids which is very difficult for a below average student, the relevance of the course is quite relevant but the course is very dated and the student who graduates has to gain knowledge form outside as the course has information fro

there are a lot of opportunities of electronics engineering after computer engineering and the scope is good. the course lacks a bit in training for the real world.teaching methods is up to the mark but the course needs a reassessment and new information is required. the timings for the exams is well placed as a student like me who studies at night can have a healthy sleep and can still be awake before exams, but as for the frequency of exams conducted is hectic as every month has an exam, before the trauma of one exam is gone another pops up.

Students become eligible from the seventh semester for the campus placement. Before the seventh semester, the students need to attend a 2 months training internship and this internship is not offered by the college, the students need to find it by themselves. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amdocs, IBM, ICON regularly visit here and the average package offered here is from 4l to 6l depending upon the job role. The average package of this college is 4l while the highest can be 18-27 if the student is able to crack the company. Different companies come in different branches, some of core and some of digital and some of both and some of sales companies. Percentage of placed students have decreased from 80 to 40 in past 3-4 years and it is the mistake of the college for not approaching more and more companies and also the fault of students that they don't prepare well. Campus Life:

Bharatiyam is the best of the college of engineering. I myself headed my branch in the college fest. I was the Joint Secretary of ECSA (ECE department) and was having a great position and responsibilities in organising the college fest for the students. Each branch conducts a game or rather a competition in which students from different colleges are also allowed to participate. And cultural events are also present in the fest. I've never been to library but I know this that there are books of use which can help in easily passing the exams. The systems in the labs are out dates, plus the students can be often be noticed stealing mouse and other things from the college. The big machines like CRO and function generator also not work properly. They are taken out during practical exams only. The clubs are very helpful here in the college, there are technical, art and cultural and branch clubs which are very helpful in properly opening up someone helping them hype their confidence.

Okay , It was a 4 year course , so for the first year my fees was 1,37,500 rupees, and 1,25,000 in the subsequent three years .So total lumlpsum fees was about 5,00,000 for the whole course. There were some fee waiver seats as well in every branches , which takes less fees. Yes we were eligible for UP Scholarship, proved by the state government, which was about 55,000 every year for general and OBC students and 80 to 90,000 for sc st candidates.

See ,the faculty is kind of old school type. They focus on the academics , want students to focus more on academics and papers which needs to be updated a bit. You can make healthy relationships only if you want to study , otherwise they are very strict in nature. Howover, in some branches that include specializations , the number of subjects are too many and students have a lot of pressure on themselves having less time to enhance their skills. The course curriculum could reduce the numbr of subjects to enable students to focus more on the parts which could be more benficial for their future. two sessional exams are conducted in between the semesters, kind of like class tests for students to test their knowledge of the syllabus covered and one end semester examination is conducted with each exam having a a max score of 75 marks and 25 marks are evaluated based on class performance, sessional marks amd attendance.

Faculty:

The teachers are friendly and have a good grasp over their subjects. The staff is ample to provide attention to students. The faculty not only focuses on teaching the concepts but also focus on providing practical knowledge to the students as well.The teachers are always open and ready to address doubts and help the students, exceptions are always there. Few teachers are a bit strict also but overall the faculties are good.The teacher to student ratio is 1:25 and most of the teachers are Ph.D holders.

Ans. The decision should be completely based on your interests. It is always better to choose a course that has ample opportunities; otherwise, you will end up jobless. You have to maintain a good CGPA to get a placement here since the competition level is very high. BITS Pilani is comparatively better at academics and placement support than BITS, Goa, or Hyderabad. When it comes to the selection of the course, Electronics and Instrumentation are a bit difficult for scoring a good CGPA. After this course, you are open to both CSE and EEE fields for your higher studies (based on the electives you have selected). CSE is comparatively better, which opens up  high opportunities and BITS across India provides placement support for students with good CGPA So, choose wisely based on your interests.Read more

First, let me tell you about the placement process that is followed by BITS Pilani.  The placements are divided into two semesters for all three campuses. Normally, students who sit for the first semester have a CGPA above 8 and those who sit for the second semester have a CGPA in the range of 6 to 8.  Mostly, those who have less than 8 CGPA do not get to sit for placements in the first semester. The faculty is decent and the placement scenario seems very promising. Ans. Here is all the information about ICE at NSUT Delhi- Faculty - The ICE faculty is a mixed bag. There are some teachers who teach really well and their classes are enjoyable. However, there are some strict ones as well. Some do not care about their subject or the students at all. Coursework - The ICE coursework is fine and gives you ample time to pursue your interests. Infrastructure - NSUT Delhi has undergone infrastructural changes recently. This is because it has gained University status. The college library is centrally air-conditioned. ICE shares most of its labs with the Electronics and Computers branches. The labs are well-equipped. Placements - Placements are less as compared to COE/IT branches. Few companies offer jobs to ICE students, especially for Core job profiles. Generally, DRs and people with exceptional profiles are placed in ICE. Internship offers are also less for this department. Research- ICE students are actively involved in research work. The ICE faculty encourages students to participate in research. Students also work under DTU, IIT Delhi, and IIIT Delhi teachers. Ans. If you aren’t particularly interested in CSE, it will be better to choose BITS Goa Electronics and Instrumentation. You will get excellent placement opportunities and exposure from BITS Goa. Google, Cisco, CRED, Flipkart, etc. are some of the major recruits that frequent BITS Goa placements.   If you are planning on pursuing higher education abroad, you will get better exposure from BITS Goa.
