As a first year student we have to learn basics of all core branches and it will be helpful in real world life also and the curriculum is not so bad it is kind of good. Sometimes in the events semesters we don't get that much time for studying. But students are some how able to manage it.

The course provide us with good knowledge about what we should do while working in a office or company. It always provides us with more efficiency to lead and score perfectly for certain goals. Even though it is vast and tough it provide us with quite good opportunities

The KTU course curriculum is pretty good for students, except for in first year, considering we have to study basics of other departments which seems pretty unnecessary in my opinion. Also, the curriculum needs updating

The main reason that I chose this course was that this course offers more practical knowledge than theoretical. The curriculum prepare us to work even under a tight schedule efficiently. The improvement that I wish to see in the curriculum is updating it more often that everyone gets the opportunity to understand the latest technological advancements. The exam are conducted semester wise where each semester is approximately six months.

I choose b.tech in mechanical engineering because I like to study machines. There are around 75 students in a class including girls and boys. There are two sessional exams in a semester conducted by the college.
For earning profeesional skill,B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. It is an undergraduate level programme that is pursued by science stream students after the completion of Class 12 Science. The four year programme is offered by engineering colleges across India including top colleges such as IITs and NITs. Many technology schools also use the term B.E or Bachelor of Engineering for the profeesional engineering undergraduate programmes. However, as far as India is concerned, only the nomenclature of the programme is different while the syllabus and teaching pedagogy is the same for both the programmes.
I don't know well about that but it must be above 5000+. The payments are done by both online and offline methods. since it is a government engineering College they do not ask us for additional fee. And the colleges does provide transperency in the fee break down
The fee infrastructure is very much feasible. The annual fees( tuition + PTA fund) is of Rs. 8000 only. Various organizations are helping students who are financially backward to pay their fees and other expenses. Also there is no fees for SC and ST students. They also have a special reservation in tye allotment of college hostel.
As it is a government college, fees are very low. It is even affordable to the poorest society. The annual fee is very low as compared to other institutions with same course(6000/year). One can directly remit the fee directly to the college or it can be paid through banks.
There is no better course as the choice of a course depends a lot on one’s preferences and future prospects. You need enough passion to like a course because every course has its good and bad parts.
BTech in Mechanical Engineering should be considered only if you are interested in it genuinely because it’s quite challenging. BTech in Safety and Engineering is mistakenly considered to be the easiest BTech program but the reality is far from this. This course covers topics from Mechanical, Civil, and even Chemical. As a result, this branch ends up being the Jack of all trades but the Master of none. The students of this branch are capable of handling HSE in almost any type of industry.
The placements of the Safety and Fire Engineering program are decent despite the limited opportunities. Companies like Reliance, BPCL, IOCL, ONGC, and VEDANTHA make good offers here.
So my verdict is to go for Mechanical if you are sure about your interest in it else Safety and Fire Engineering is a good choice.
