I liked the seniors here, they are very sweet and caring.
Kalyani as a City is a beautiful city with alot of greenery.

Dislikes

The facilities here are very poor everything is so scattered.
No permanent campus, even after coming here everyone is saying campus will not be allotted for now

Campus Life:

There are no fest conducted yet in our college due to the lack of campus but we have our annual cultural event called anukriti. We have sports fest named yuva and will also have dj night soon. We have fully air conditioned building, and we play sports in kalyani stadium such as swimming, cricket, football and indoor games too. Our library has all types of books related to the courses.

Likes

Professors- Highly Skilled and Knowledgeable Professor.
Subjects- Core subjects and Some important subjects like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are taught as they are the next big thing.

Dislikes

Infrastructure - The college doesn't have its own campus for now as the main and permanent campus is under construction.
Smaller Size - The college only has two courses and that too recently. Before it had only CSE. so not much people in the whole campus.

Campus Life:

There is a Gymkhana in the campus. Every student is the memeber of Gymkhana and under Gymkhana comes all the co curricular activity clubs such as coding club, sports club, poetry club, etc. Every club has its secretary and there are also general secretary. In higher posts there are VP and Treasurer. Labs are not yet developed completely as it is not permanent campus but it'll soon be done.

Thriving at IIIT Kalyani: An insider's perspective

Likes

Faculties are well qualified , most have Phd from IITs. They will genuinely help you if you approach them. They will even help you personally if you approach them.
They library is small but has books related to academics ,even if you submit books lately, no fine is imposed generally.

Dislikes

Campus is very small as it is currently running on temporary campus. No social life. Hostel life is also very bad.
In labs, many components don't work and nobody fixes it. We have to go through alot of trouble during experiments of circuital subjects like digital, analog etc.

Campus Life:

We generally get a freshers party in our college. Though the library is small, but books related to course is available there. Facilities and technology provisions within the classrooms are just average, most of the instruments don't function properly till now. The college is running on temporary campus, but we have contract with Kalyani stadium for sports like cricket, football, swimming. We have clubs for song, dance, drama ,sports ,tech related stuff within our college and they are pretty much active.

Teachers are helpfull,Faculties are also helpful
Seniors are very co-operative and guide the juniors

Dislikes

The library staff is often not present in time of need
The institute still has not gotten any permanent campus

Campus Life:

There are many clubs and societies for recreation and skill purposes, There is GDSC, FOSS club, there is music and poetry club. So you get plenty of space to show your skill and creative thinking. There will be more opportunities if we get the permanent campus hopefully this year. There are intra and inter - IIIT competitions also. There are hackathons if you want to participate.

Campus Life:

The social life here is very good and you would get to meet people from all parts of the country. As per now the college doesnt has its own permanent campus and is running on a temporary one. however you get all the facilities of sports and library with is really good.

Campus Life:

The permanent campus is not yet handed so there are not much fests happened till now. You can find every type of books in library. The classrooms are air conditioned. The sports club is active and many sports are played . There are many groups run by students

The Permanent Campus is still under development and will take some time to complete but apart from that other facilities are provided.Club involvement is decent and the coding culture is pretty awesome.

Bus facility of the college to reach the college it takes times

Campus Life:

We practice at sports stadium in kalyani, we have also participated at inter iiit sports this year. We play cricket, football, chess and our college is supportive about these things. We have our own social media page

Ragging culture is not much practised in our college.Seniors in our college are quite helpful and supportive.
Office staff is quite good,they will help you out in every possible way regarding scholarships.

Dislikes

College life is next to zero,you don't really enjoy in this college,all you have to do is to study.
There is no social life in this city, entertainment is quite rare in this city.

Campus Life:

No fest are done in our college till now due to the unavailability of permanent campus. But an upcoming fest is scheduled in the month of September. Text books related to the course are there in library but any other books collection is not available. Sports facilities are next to zero, basically as of now you don't get any sports equipment from the college,you have to arrange from them by yourself,no badminton court,no cricket field,no football fields.
