How To Apply?

In order to apply for the BCA course at Amity University Noida, the candidates can apply online. They must follow the following steps to fill up the application form.

Candidates must visit the official website
Register yourself with valid information that is email ID and Phone number
Fill in the application form, enter the personal information, educational details and upload the scanned documents where required
The application fee of Rupees 1,100 must be paid online through the online payment mode, that is through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking

Amity University Noida BCA Scholarships

Amity University offers various scholarships for meritorious students who do not have the financial means to continue their higher students. The scholarships are only for those deserving Candidates who fulfill the scholarship eligibility criteria. The two categories of scholarships are, On Admission Merit Scholarships, and Sports Scholarships.

The scholarships given in the Noida Campus to the BCA students are as follows.

50%	Candidates must get a minimum of 90% in XII examination and 75% and above in graduation
20%	Candidates must get 90% in aggregate in class XII

Ques. What is to be done in case a student wants a refund of the admission fee of the BCA course at Amity University?

Ans. In maximum cases, the admission fee is non-refundable, but in exceptional cases, like if the application fee is paid more than once for the same application number, or due to some connectivity problems, after payment of the online application fee the students might not get the softcopy of the application form from the university, then the university authority might think of refunding the application form

Ques. What are the eligibility criteria for the financial assistance provided to the BCA students?

Ans. Amity University provides scholarships to help brilliant students, but don't have the financial means. The candidates who have passed the ISC and CBSE board are eligible for the 20%, 50%, and 100% scholarships. There must not be any gap years between class XII and Graduation, to avail of the Graduation Scholarship.

Ques. Is there any entrance examination for the BCA?

Ans. The selection of the candidates is done based on their performance of the online answering through the video link. For the other years, Amity usually takes an entrance test based on English Language, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

Ques. Is there any difference between Sponsored and Non- Sponsored candidates for BCA course?

Ans. The Sponsored students are those who have low marks and ought to pay a very high fee, whereas the Non-Sponsored students must have a very high score and the fees of the Sponsored category students are higher than that of Non-Sponsored candidates.

Good Leadership Opportunities. I'm serving as the Class representative since Semester 1 and in addition to that they offered me Student Co Head post for Student Committee in my Department as well
Good Placement. I was recently offered a very good package in my final year itself.

Dislikes

Few faculties are rude which is expected in normal worldwide scenario.
The Cultural societies seemed a little Biased for some reason.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Amity University Noida was the 1st university in India to introduce NEP2020. This helped us choose subjects of our choice in order to explore a wider area of study. Exams duration depends in every semester.

College Faculty (specifically for BCA Most of them were decent and good)
The girl to boys ratio is 8:40 for BCA,MCA and it is significantly more for BBA and BA LLB

Dislikes

Too much events (completing the syllabus is not important but event is)
Schedule (they notify you 6 hours before exam or practical that there is practical)

The curriculum is decent like the courses in BCA are good but you have to learn it and can not depend on college to teach you as sometimes 1 module gets completed in one day and too many projects are there with assignments

Campus life is very nice with overall ambience and culture of a positive sorroundings
Infrastructure is one of the best, with centrally air conditioned and very well maintaned greenery in the campus.

Dislikes

The location of the campus is a bit rempote and far from the main city and one may end up paying more than required to transport.
The Faculty of the IT department is not upto the mark but teaching pattern and examination style balances the load

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall Knowledge of applications of software and executions in computer systems. The curriculam enables a overall growth in understanding computer architechtures and processors. The teaching methods should increase the use of AV model not only in thoery classes but also lab classes. The frequency is quite tight with continous evaluation happening time to time

Good curriculum, lecs are scheduled properly, faculty is nice.
They provide placements as well like they keep on advertising about the placements on students portal

Dislikes

Books are delivered late i mean exams were about to start in 10 days and still the books didnt reach to students.
The placements opportunities are on site which is hood but locations are not feasible for most students

Amity has the best curriculum, the best notes and definitely it helps for real-world applications. Just the lectures should happen neatly . Amith also provides audio books to help students learn at their own ease.

Amity appreciate every field of students, no matter whatever field he or she is related sports , games , technology , startup, event managemet, fitness , Athlete
In every 2-3 week amity organize events or fest .

Dislikes

Attendance marking system is too-much strict, if you are punch-in late with1 minutes or 1 second then amity attendance system will not be able to mark you present.
Somtimes Amity cannot fulfil the avialabilty of Faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good according to the course. I choosed BCA couse for take the knowledge of most technical and programming language. BCA is much easy and less expensive as compared to Btech. If anyone you choose BCA is good choice but best choice is Btech.
