Amity University Lucknow is a private UGC-recognized university established in the year 2004 and spread over an area of 40 acres. Amity Lucknow is a constituent of Amity University. The university is approved by AICTE and has been recognized as a Scientific and Research Organization by DISR, Government of India. It is accredited with BCI, COA, NCTE, DEC and is also NAAC accredited with an “A+” Grade. Amity Lucknow Campus has 17 institutions that offer 87 programs to more than 5000 students.

Amity lko offers various on-admission scholarships based on merit of the qualifying examination for UG and PG (Non-MBA) students, and based on entrance test scores for MBA students. - On-admission scholarships are applicable in 1st year only. For the continuation of scholarship from 2nd year onwards, certain rules will apply

Amity wasn't my choice in the first place i took admission here due to parental pressure and some family conditions. Compared to other colleges the assignment and other internal marking systems are at ease we do not need to much work . The rules are very bad as a hosteller

The admission was on the basis of marks in 10th ans 12th standard, form submission required Rs1500 and the cut off was 60 percent, online registeration could be done on amity website. There were no entrance exams or interview for my year of admission or program.

Students who'd opted for PCM/B in intermediate were eligible for the course. The application form was available on the official website of the college. The entrance test was very easy. I had not attempted any competitive or entrance exams prior to this. There were 20 objective type questions and I wrote the answers down on a sheet of paper and sent a picture of it to the authorities. The admission process should be more difficult and challenging so that students have scope to improve and do better
