Placements are top-notch in our college. Students from the pen-ultimate semester are eligible for campus placements. Our college is known for its placements. Last year's highest international package was 2.05 Cr. Also, a variety of companies visit our campus like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture-Japan, Tata, etc. The average package for overall college is close to 23 LPA and for the Material Science branch, it is around 19.6 LPA. Companies offered various profiles like SDE, Analyst, Consultant, Core, etc. Almost 100 Percent of students get placed. I plan to either go for a Ph.D. in Material Science or an MBA.

IIT BHU and IIT Guwahati are well-established and reputed institutions in India. Both of them have pros and cons. If you need to secure your career in a good company, IIT BHU is a good option for you. They are best at placement support and academics, and you will have the advantage of the branch change policy. Let us have a detailed comparison between IIT BHU and IIT Guwahati
Placement Support – The recruiters from major companies mostly give placement to the students from IIT BHU. This institution is renowned for its placement support, and they confirm that they provide effective placement for their students contingent on their caliber in the respective field. At IIT Guwahati, only a lesser number of students got placed in big companies with high-salary jobs when compared with IIT BHU.
Campus – Both institutes offer good campus life to the students. They have good infrastructure and a top library facility. IIT BHU is situated in the center of the city, so you will have easy access to everywhere
Branch Change Policy – IIT BHU has a branch change policy that will allow you to change your branch to CSE after the first year. Only 10% of students with a good CGPA will get the chance to change branches.
Academics – Students are given effective classes conducted by experienced scholars in both institutes. You will be given study materials and have a library facility for more references.
My review of IIT BHU will be based on some very common parameters.
Overall, IIT BHU is a great choice if you are willing to sacrifice the hostel conditions and self-study.
My friend was a student at IIT BHU and he witnessed a number of changes as the IT BHU got converted into IIT BHU.
These were some of the changes my friend witnessed after the IT BHU got transformed into IIT BHU.
My friend is an alumnus of IIT-BHU and he was a member of the Kashi Utkarsh too. He claims the organization is doing really well in eradicating the prevalent social constraints through the collective efforts of the group. The body convinces the financially weak families living in Varanasi slums to send their children to schools with the help of KU funding.
As easy as this may sound, the actual process is very tiring. The families are hell-bent against education and persuading them is a big task. The relentless efforts of the team members of KU and their compassion to serve the weak have brought massive changes in society.
However, some students of the institute don’t give KU the respect they deserve and are not ready to spend a single penny claiming that KU pockets the funds themselves.
If you visit the social media handles of the KU members, you will find a list of children who get into the formal education system along with their school fees being paid by KU. Dictionary the constant assistance from professors like Prof. Ashim Mukherjee with KU helps KU stay strong.

IIT(BHU) is the only IIT having a pharma branch, that's why it is the best college of pharma. The Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology, IIT (BHU) was established in 1932.
If someone wants to pursue higher studies in pharmacy, SPIRIT gives a platform to meet the best professors and students. SPIRIT is also a good platform if you want your research paper to be published by showcasing here to many professional pharmaceutical organizations.
