The faculty to student is a significant factor in shaping the educational experience, academic performance and overall satisfation. The effectiveness of this ratio also depends on the quality and declaration of the faculty members, as well as the institution ability to allocate resource effectively

The faculty members of my department are very good and supportive in nature. They help every students in clearing their doubts and queries regarding studies and other things. Apart from education, the faculty members also focus on student's extra curriculum activities to boost their confidence in other fields also and helps them keep motivated to participate in every programme and functions.

Placement Experience:

There is placement opportunities in the campus but the companies they are providing is of very low CTC and the hiring process is also very lengthy and slow. Students find it difficult to get recruited easily by the companies . Also many of the departments don't get chance also for placement as the training and placement cells are not coming up with the required company fields.
