Course curriculum is bit outdated . but there is not fault of nit agartala as its a national institute and its followed bt the education system. We get enough time between mid term and end term but between the exams there are no breaks . Exams happens everyday . Midterm exams is of 20 marks. Endterm exam is of 50 marks . - The placements policies ar very struct which doesn't allow student to explore more.
- The sessions are of 9 months so the pressure on the students is very high for some particular branches.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The difficulty level of exams are moderate to difficult.Exams takes place twice every semester.One midterm and one end term.other than that internal marks are also taken into credit while giving grade to a student.

The curriculum is properly divided between subjects having theory as well as practical. The curriculum indeed prepares you for real world application or further academic pursuits. It covers the entire GATE syllabus as many candidates attempts for the exam to get selected in reputed IIT's or PSU jobs. The exams are held at a regular interval and are of moderate to difficult level.

The course curriculum is followed as per gate syllabus and the extra portions as electives too. The electives are optional and we can choose from universities across NPTEL also. Exam perspective is moderate to hard difficulty level. And frequency of exams are twice a semester so thats easy. So i can say that overall real world preparation is gathered at this coolege level.

- The campus is located approximately 15 km from the main city which takes around an hour to reach, making it inconvenient for students to access recreational facilities.

The course is very relevant. The curriculum itself is not really upto date with the real-world but it's not too outdated either. Our teachers make sure that we learn stuff outside our curriculum as well to make us have a idea of what's going on in the industry.

Our college NIT AGARTALA is no doubt a very good institute with all good facilities. Faculties are well educated experienced. Our lab faculties and lab assistant are well experienced. The things they have to develop is that lab equipments and machines should be working well and during exam there is no break day to revise and study
