You have to give Jee Mains and get good percentile and secure a good rank. Then through the process of Josaa counselling, with your preferences in choice filling, you are alloted a seat if your rank satisfies their eligibility criteria. There are some reservations made for other casts and also homestate and otherstate eligibility rankings are different.

The admission process was quite simple I say. first, you have to qualify the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) main. After that there will be a counselling process, namely JoSAA and CSAB and you can take admission to NIT Agartal through this. You can visit the official site of JoSAA anndd fill in the registration form and choice filling. You can choose NIT agartala if you want and put in the top of your choice fillig list. Since, NIT Agartala is one of the best NIT in noth-east, the demand of this college is great especially the computer science and engineering branch. To get into CSE, one should get rank less than 20k to secure a seat in NIT Agartala. Once all the counselling procedure is done, you can visit the campus for physical reporting and also can see the campus. In campus, you will have to sumbit your documents like class 10th and 12th marksheet, transfer certificate, etc. Those information about certificates will be provided in the official website of the college.
The admission to our college is mainly done through the JEE mains and reservation benefits are available all for the SC ST and homested candidates there is basically no areas for improvement in admission process done by the central government

Admission is strictly based on JEE mains score via jossa counseling. Jossa counseling is done online you don't have to do any offline process. The cut-off for reserved students is always there. The admission process is very smooth. we have to just report in the respective department.
