This Institute offers different courses. The curriculum is a bit hard for 1st year students as they have classes on Saturdays as well.Apart from that the curriculum is best for students environment. The exams are bit hard, the professors doesn't give the marks easily, the exam test our knowledge in the course.Tbhe teaching is a bit old fashioned here it can be improved by replacing the old lab equipments with the new technology.

my branch is chemical engineering and it is one of the tough branches in btech.the first year we will cover evry branch topic like programing, thermodynamics, chemistry, physics etc... From 2 nd year we will get into core subjects like chemical reaction engineering, transport phenomena, mass transfer, heat transfer ,fluid mechanics etc.. and i think our curriculum is vast and diverse and belive this is right curriculum to become a succesfull chemical engineer

I want to become a chemical engineer which is the reason I chose this field. This is because a chemical engineer can solve a wide range of problems. I am interested in reasearch of new products and processes. I would maybe get to work on minimization of environmental effects of industrial process, develop sustainable solutions for energy production and many more things. I think that the faculties here should be more cooperative and not just strict. They also need to be more practical in teaching so that students take interest and not just mug-up for marks. The main exams happen twice a semester other than tests, namely mid-semester and end-semester exams. They are on a difficulty level of around 8 out of 10 according to me

Department offers various kinds of electives out of which we have to select a few and there are many OC/HM courses from which a student can take atmost one in each semester and should not exceed more than 4 during the period of 4 years . Different kind of labs are there every day like heat transfer ,mas transfer , mechanical operations which provide us the real world knowledge and not just theory and equations. There are two exams held in each semester- mid sem which comprises of 30 marks and end sem exams which comprises of 50 marks and 20 marks for internal and therefore overall 100 marks.

Our course curriculum is well diversed and well explained. Different professors use different teaching methods be it our traditional chalk and duster system or modern techniques like ppt.Anyways ppts are more effectie for students because once the topic is completed it can be shared.

Curriculum is well detailed and explained in the complete semester. Many professor use many teaching methods. Some use the old blackboard while mostly they use ppts. Using ppts is more helpful because once the topic is completed it can be shared with students.
