AYUSH NEET Counselling is an online process expected to begin soon for allotment of seats in various Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Unani, and Siddha Institutes across India. The seat allotment is done for BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BUMS & BSMS courses through 4 rounds of Counselling. The counselling will be done based on the revised scorecards and merit list released by NTA after the Supreme Court’s judgement.

AYUSH NEET Counselling is conducted by the AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) on behalf of the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India. It is conducted for all India Quota seats in Government Medical Colleges, Government-Aided Medical Colleges, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes.
Applicants should know that there will be four rounds of counselling for admission to 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats in BAMS, BSMS, BMS, and BHMS. This includes government and government-aided colleges, central universities, regular institutes, deemed universities, and Banaras Hindu University's institutional quota seats for Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homeopathy.

Eligibility for AYUSH NEET Counselling 2024
The candidates who have appeared and passed the NEET Exam 2024 will be able to go for AYUSH NEET Counselling 2024. But they should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- The candidate should be a citizen of India, a Non-Resident Indian (NRI), OCI, PIO, and Foreign Nationals.
- They should have reached the age of 17.
- They should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (40% for OBC/ST/SC and 45% for PWD).

AYUSH NEET Counselling 2024 Registration Process
The candidates who have cleared the NEET Exam 2024 can register for AYUSH NEET Counselling Process 2024, which would include the following steps:
- They will have to visit the official website of AACCC i.e www.aaccc.gov.in
- Now on the homepage look for ‘UG Counselling’ and click on it.
- Now the candidate will be taken to the Online Undergraduate Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homeopathy courses. Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab.
- Register yourself by providing your personal, academic, NEET, and contact details.
- Next, the candidates will have to enter their roll number and registration number to log in and can start filling up the registration form.
- Once they are done filling out the form, they will have to pay the registration fees.

AYUSH NEET Counselling Process 2024
The Counselling process includes a few steps and rounds that have been mentioned below:
Round 1
- Registration: The NEET-qualifying candidates will have to register for AACCC-UG Counselling at the AACCC website www.aaccc.gov.in. They should use the same email ID and number used for NEET registration.
- Payment: They will have to then pay the Counselling fees, which will include the non-refundable registration fee + Security Deposit Money.
- Filling and Locking Choices: The candidates will have to fill out the preference form, where they will have to specify their choice of course and college they wish to apply. There is no limit to the number of options to be selected.
- Seat Allotment: The result of the seat allotment will be published based on the candidate’s score and preferences.
- Reporting: The candidates will have to physically report to the college of their choice for final admission.
Round 2
The Round 2 AYUSH NEET Counselling 2024 will have similar steps to Round 1. The following candidates can appear for Round 2 Counselling:
- The candidates who have qualified for NEET 2024 but did not register for Round 1 can apply.
- Those who have applied for Round 1 but did not receive a seat.
- Those who choose a free exit option in the first round.
- Those who took the given seat in the first going and expressed interest in being upgraded in the second round.
Round 3/ Mop-Up Round
Round 3 Counselling is also similar to Round 1 Counselling with all the similar steps. The following candidates can appear for Round 3 AYUSH NEET Counselling:
- Candidates who have not yet registered for Round 1 or Round 2.
- Those who registered for the Counselling but were not assigned a place in Rounds 1 and 2 of the counselling process.
- Those who registered in Round 1 and Round 2 and took use of the Free Exit choice.
- Those who took the allotted seat in round 2 and expressed interest in being upgraded in round 3.
Note: Those who resigned their allotted seat in the 2nd round, forfeiting their security money, 3 days prior to the start of round 3, may re-register with full payment of fees.
Final Stray Vacancy Round
The Stray Vacancy Round is for admission into the vacant seats after the 3rd Round Counselling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI through an online approach.
