- The Events organised in the campus either cultural or technical.
- The ratio of the boys to girls like 4:1 and out of 8800 students nearly about 1600 girls are there...
Dislikes
- The syllabus is not tough but lengthy, the classes and works aur too hectic here you will able to get enough to explore new things, see new domains work on your interests...
- Very small semesters are there nearly about 4 months odd sem and 25 days vacation after it in even sem it is even shorter than the odd one just of 3-3.5 months and rest are holidays nearly about 3.5 months vacation.. Such irregularity in conduction
Campus Life:
For books readers --> massive library is there For sport people --> nice sports facilities are there For gym type people (like me) --> nice gym facility is also there Mess food definitely need the improvement Syllabus should be revised , from remembering & theory to learn practically & apply... This drift should be there... More time should be given for extracurricular activities... The infrastructures are good...

- There is a lot to explore in college.. you get to be a part of multiple clubs and organise lot of events, this helps you to get experience in every field
- There is a private beach in our college, this is very helpful as whenever we feel stressed out, we find peace at beach
Dislikes
- There are lot of exams frequently, so there's a lot of workload we need to learn proper management
Campus Life:
The campus life is very good, we get to experience a lot of things.. the fests are really good, we have 2 main fests and lot of events throughout the year. The technical fest is engineer held in October and cultural fest is incident in March. Lot of celebrities come in these fests. Lot of sports also happen in our college. We have inter nit tournament yearly, for every sports there is a team. Now even a swimming pool is made. All the clubs are student run and they are both in technical and cultural fields.
Likes
- I liked the exposure here as it is one of the best colleges of our country, great brains, great ideas
- I also liked the greenery here as there are trees everywhere well maintained.
Dislikes
- Disliked the discrimination here for northies although its very less.
- Disliked the management in some instances
Campus Life:
The annual fest of NITK is the "incident" which is one of the biggest fest in south india. Usually conducted in march every year. The tech fest of NITK is "engineer" and it is conducted in October every year. There's a central library where books of a lot of varieties are provided and we can issue upto 4 books at a time for nearly a month. A lot of facilities for sports, a big ground for cricket and football, 2 courts for badminton, and for almost every sport there's a facility provided. Many clubs like music, dance, entrepreneurship etc are there and selection process for each are conducted.

- Campus is very green,we also have a beach which is nice
- There are many shops where you can get your necessities
Dislikes
- The weather is very hot and very humid .
- Girls to boys ratio is arounf 1:4 for all courses
Campus Life:
There are many clubs here both technical clubs and non technical clubs, the culture to learn is very nice regardless of what clun you join. Sports facilities are good, we have some of the top teams among other NITs

- Campus facilities is very good and nicely maintained and they are coming up with more development in each structure.
- The sports complex is the best part as it is very well made.
Dislikes
- The 75% attendance rule is very strict over here.
- Some of the profs that you get don’t really know what they are teaching .
Campus Life:
Incident and engineer are the two annual feats of this college. They are the main festivals of this campus. Engineer is a technical fest which is held during the odd semester and incident is the cultural fest held during the even semester. There are two libraries in this campus. Elibrary and central library. In central library a huge variety of books are provided for students. In elibrary space is provided for students to study. Sports in any NITS are really good as there will be an internit competition held for major sports in each year.

- Overall it is completely fine.Clg has good infrastructure,good climate.
- Good placements, Decent mess,All the fests and events in college.
Dislikes
- Schedule sometimes.And politics during student elections,groupism.
Campus Life:
Two fests are celebrated on a big scale.one is Engineer or Engi which is a tech fest celebrated mostly in sept every year and the other is Incident or inci which is a cultural fest and is celebrated in March and many other events including culturals and sports go on through out the year. Many technical clubs are present and social clubs too recruitment goes on at the beginning of academic year. Library contains almost all of the books which help both in academics and non academics.
Likes
- The clubs here are good enough to conduct many good events almost every week, and infrastructure here is also good which they are more developing now. Academics wise this college is pretty decent, to learn things and all, labs here are best.
- The girls to boys ratio is like below than average only, coming to my class, that ratio is like 1:5, out of which almost all the girls are already committed,
Dislikes
- The people family who have annual income more than 8 had to pay loads of fees for everything, that is much more burden, and makes no sense in not giving scholarship to them, so that systen is to be changed
- Because my college nitk is on beach, we only have 2 seasons here, either rainy or summer, in both seasons its full of humidity, early morning here itll be like 70% humidity, here it sweats alot.
Campus Life:
There are 2 big fests in my college they are incident, a cultural fest longs upto 3 days , which will be held in even semester around february or march and another fest is engineer which is held in odd semester and longs upto 2-3 days, engineer is a technical fest where almost all the technical events will be held like robowars and drones and aeroplanes and somethings, project expos will be held in this fest.

- All sort of clubs like from sports to tech clubs are offered
- Cultural fests and celebrating all kinds of festival without any religious dispute
Dislikes
- Introverted people will have to face issues becauss a lot of talented people are present
- Tough to find like minded people and socialising is important and making connection with good seniors is also important
Campus Life:
Nitk us sooo freaking beautiful the main building, sports Complex and all sorts of flora and fauna is seens u get to see peacocks, there are snakes too and the weather is either too humid and hot or it only rains infrastructure is good every branch has its own department .there are 2 libraries and the e library is the best very colorful and vibrant clubs and social groups are good

- First thing I would like to address is beach . NIT K have its own private beach .where you can rejuvenate yourself if u are looking for peace wit the hectic day.
- Seondly , I would like to address on the Placements .NITK have diverse placeement scenario in various domains such as in core and Tech roles
Dislikes
- Things I dislike is weather. Since there is a beach over here ,You can expect high humidity with respect to your home towns and residence
Campus Life:
In each there wiill be one fest , During Odd sem Technical fest is being orgnised " ENGI". where as cltural fest in Even sem "INCI". The culutural fest conducted by the NITIKans is the second best cultural fest in South India.Both fests will be lasted for 3 days and everyone enjoys a lot during fest with enthusiasim . Ambiance of INCI fest will be at its peak.
In campus two Libraries are , one for accessing boks and journals .in the second library is for studying and having discussions . Seconf Library (e_lib) consists of Aca nd wide space.
Sports and extracurricular activities is too good . In campus for every sport a ground is bing iintiated seperately. Starting from Tennis to Swimming pool and students can practice any game at any time. In NIts < every sem , there will be a competteion in between NITS as Inter NIT competetion.
Extra curricular activities being promoted in indivuals , considering Music < Dance
Likes
- Infrastructure since the campus is over 300 acres.
- The people who get admitted here are mostly very knowledgeable so the company we have is good.
Dislikes
- Since it is a government college the hostel rooms arent that of a good standard.
- The weather in this side of the state is hard to get used to considering extreme heat and rain
Campus Life:
NITK is known for its vibrant fests that include INCIDENT,our cultural fest, during the month of march, ENGINEER, our tech fest during the month of October and UDAAN, our beach fest during January. The college is known for its new library, huge buildings and the wide variety of sports like basketball, swimming, volleyball,etc.
