I like the exposure a person gets here by his/her seniors as senior junior relationship here is what I must say the best I have ever seen
The campus is one of the best in the nation so u have a lot of space for everything

Dislikes

The very bad gender ratio in college, the ratio here is 1:5
Hostel food very bad as there are no spices in it.

After the 6th semester student is eligible for campus placement. There are so many companies visit every year like Google , Flipkart,swiggy,McKinsey, etc. my plans after graduation is to get a good job from on-campus placement

Honest review of IIT Delhi

Likes

The campus life is very good . The people are amazing.
The student community is filled with talented people who push you to be better.

Dislikes

The academic pressure is sometimes too high.
The gender ratio is not satisfactory in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good even in these times of recession . Average package is around 18 Lpa . Companies that visit are from tech sector , consultancy companies as well as core companies from each department. I plan to join government service after getting my degree .

Lusture Green campus with peackocks and many type of birds.
in civil branch proffesors are also chill.

Dislikes

toxic competition between students for the higher grades.
academic pressure is more as compared to other colleges.

Placement Experience:

For campus placement you are eligible in your 4th year. There is a placement cell called OCS who brings companies to the campus. Amazon , google , paytm , jio , meesho , flipkart visited the campus. highest package is around the 1Cr that i have come across and lowest is as low as 6-7 lacs. i am not sure about the percentage of students getting placements. my plan is to go for the higher studies in foreign countries.

I like the campus environment but class schedule is too much hectic for some days .
Infrastructure is very good at my campus.

Dislikes

What i don't like is toxicity among students. toxicity is because, everyone wants to go ahead of others.
But faculty have not that much experience of teaching they have knowledge but they can't delever it in front of students in such way so that students can understood it.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good at all, students after the 6th sem are eligible for placement. There are too many companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, and Quant companies like Jane Street, Graviton, etc come in IITD for campus placement. My plan is to do Job in a tech company.

The condition of hostels is very bad. Mess is fine but maintenance is worst
The course content is good but the grading policies and worse ever I seen

Curriculum is fine. But since everyone wants a tech job, this courses should also be added to the branch. Teaching methods are find. But grading system is very hard. There is one minor one major exam and rest are small quizes throughout the course.

I got the right field in which I am interested. This coures is totally related with real word and it's problems. The main improvement I needed is in teaching skill of professors. And in exam I need time in between them to prepair for next exam.

The competitive environment and academic rigor pushed me to my limits, expanding my intellectual horizons and critical thiking abilities necessary in the professional world. From the top notch faculty to the excellent facilities available.
State of the art infrastructure and diverse course/internship offerings catering to students of all kinds

Dislikes

The intense competition is a boon but also a curse for many as not all are able to keep up with academics. For me personally it was very overwhelming at first but then i adjusted although it did stressed me out at times
The demanding academic workload often led to negative impacts in my physical lifestyle with sleep depravity and all kinds of stress induced stuff.

Placement Experience:

The placements at IIT Delhi are second to none. Students are eligible for on campus placements from sevents semester/final year onwards, although eligibilty for different companies may vary and hence include screening processes depending on the cgpa and academics. Some notable mentions include Google,microsoft, amazon, goldman sachs, adobe among others. The no of offers made vary each year and is hard to tell with exact accuracy but is often above 85% of all students. Me personally after obtaining the degree would like to pursue higher studies abroad aligning to my career interests.

The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season.
