  • A minimum of 65% in a relevant engineering field for a BE/ BTech degree (or an equivalent CGPA). Percentage or CGPA through the seventh semester shall be taken into consideration if the results of the eighth semester are awaited.
  • For candidates in the GATE-qualified group, the minimum qualifying requirements for educational background and GATE Paper mapping will be the same as those for CCMT.
  • An applicant must hold a BE/ BTech degree in the relevant discipline from an NIT, IIT, or AICTE-approved college or university that has been acknowledged by UGC. 
  • Provisional admission will be granted to those without a BE/ BTech degree at the time of counselling.
