What's New in SLIET?
SLIET B.Tech Admission is based on JEE Main scores. All qualified students can now register for JoSAA counselling till June 18 while the Round 1 Seat Allotment Result will be released on June 20.
Other Updates are as follows:
- For SLIET M.Tech Admission 2024, CCMT counselling Round 1 Seat Allotment Result has been declared, and students can pay the seat acceptance fee till June 18, 2024.
- SLIET M.Sc. Admission 2024 is also open through CCMN counselling. The results for Round 1 Allotment have been declared & the last date of payment for the seat acceptance fee is June 18, 2024.
- SLIET Admission 2024 is based on merit in the SLIET Entrance Examination (SET). Applications for SET-V (Ph.D.) is open till July 15, 2024 and students can download their admit card from July 17, 2024. Further, the exam will be conducted on July 22, 2024.
- SLIET Application Fee is INR 1,750 (Boys) and INR 1,250 (Girls). The application fee for SC/ST students is INR 1,000.

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) is located in Sangrur district, Punjab. You have to clear jee mains with a decent percentile to get into SLIET You can go to sliet.ac.in to get all details Exams are of medium to hard you can easily clear them. You will give minors after every one month there will be two minors and a mojaor exam at the end of semester

Application process and admission process was quite smooth. It was national level SET exam. One who qualify the exam have to opt for counseling where you have to select the courses you are interested in sequence order of your choice. Based on availability of seats and reservation you will be called for admission.

The eligibility of the course is through JEE Mains. You must be rank under 80000 for general & for SC/ST under 1,00,000. Exams are occur 4 Times in a semester like quiz 1 & 2. Minor & major exams. Difficulties level varies as per professor wise.

- The college environment is very social. There is a student activity centre for the development of students, so that the students can interact to each other easily
- Teacher's behaviour towards students is very good. Some teachers don't let us to get bored during lecture. The way of teaching of some teachers is amazing.

- Due to summer, sometimes there is a shortage of drinking water.
- Some examination halls are there which are equipped with very less fans. Which causes disturbance during examination in summer only.

The admission process was not so tough but one should have completed all its documentation properly so there will be no less difficulty in taking admission. Application form can easily be filled by Sliet college website. Entrance exam is not so tough one should have study properly according to the syllabus of entrance exam and can easily crack th entrance exam.

SLIET accepts CAT, CMAT, and GATE for the MBA program. You can decide to give any of these for admission to MBA at SLIET. The registrations for CAT will be starting in the first week of August.
The SLIET LEET registrations are currently ongoing. The LEET exam is scheduled for June 10, 2023. The last day to register is May 15, 2023. Get more info about SLIET Admissions here
