NSIT Delhi (NSUT) Admission 2024: Cutoff, Dates, Courses, Eligibility, Application Process

NSUT offers 19 specializations under the B.Tech course. To apply, a candidate should have cleared 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology with 75% marks or should feature among the top 20 percentile. For selection, the candidate has to take the JEE- Main.

NSUT B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• 10+2 in with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biotechnology
• 75% marks aggregate (65% for SC/ST categories) or top 20 percentile

NSUT B.Tech Selection Criteria

• Selection to the B.Tech program at NSIT Delhi is made on the basis of the merits/ranks secured by the students in the JEE Main entrance exam.
• However, the final selection and seat allotment will be done after the successful completion of the JAC Delhi Counselling Process.

NSUT Delhi offers a three-year BBA program where admissions are done through Common Management Admission Committee (CMAC), Delhi. The eligibility and admission process for NSUT BBA course is given below

NSUT BBA Eligibility criteria

• 10+2 in any stream
• A minimum of 60% marks aggregate
• English and best three subjects will be considered

NSUT BBA Selection criteria

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit. The same will be drawn on the basis of marks in the best of four subjects (including English) in the class 12th Board examination or its equivalent examination.

Note: Candidates having a high score in English will be given preference.

How to apply to NSUT for BBA?

• Interested candidates are required to fill the online application which is available at BBA link under the Admission tab on www.nsut.ac.in.
• Fill out the application form.
• A fee of 1,000 INR (500 for SC/ST and PH) will be charged. It is to be paid online

NSUT BBA Cutoff 2024 (Expected)

Given below is the expected NSUT BBA Cutoff 2024 as per Round 1 of CMAC counselling for the year 2022. The table contains category-wise cutoff rank and class 12 percentage for candidates selected under Home State and Other State categories:

NSUT offers 10 specializations under the M.Tech course. To apply, a candidate should have a B.Tech degree with 55% aggregate marks. They also need to take the GATE to be selected.

NSUT M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have a B.Tech/ AIME degree with a minimum of 55% marks aggregate.

NSUT Delhi M.Tech Selection Criteria 

Selection to the M.Tech program at NSIT Delhi is done on the basis of the scores obtained by the student in the GATE entrance exam followed by the counseling process. Candidates applying without a GATE scores are selected on the basis of the NSUT merit list.

Specializations

NSUT offers MBA program in Innovation, Entrpreneurship and Venture Development. Candidates who have a Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PH) are eligible to apply. Selections will be made on the basis of performance in the CAT.

NSUT Delhi MBA Eligibility criteria

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate should have an aggregate of 60% marks.
• The candidate should have appeared in the CAT.

NSUT Delhi MBA Selection Criteria 

• The initial selection to the MBA program at NSIT Delhi is done on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the CAT Entrance exam. 
• Also, a candidate has to appear in the GD and PI rounds conducted by the institute for the final selection after the successful clearance of the CAT exam.

NSUT offers 13 specializations under the PhD course. The eligibility criteria vary from stream to stream. For selection though, the candidate has to clear either CSIR NET or UGC NET-LS, or GATE followed by an interview.

NSUT Delhi PhD Eligibility criteria

• Electronics and Communication Engineering: Master’s degree from in engineering or technology in ECE with 60% marks.
• Instrumentation and Control Engineering: M.Tech in ICE with 60% marks
• Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering: M.Tech in MPAE with 60% marks
• Computer Engineering and Information Technology: M.Tech in the related field with 60% marks
• Biotechnology, Management, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics: M.Tech with at least 70% in the relevant fields of applied sciences.
• Humanities and Social Sciences: Master’s degree with 60% marks

NSUT Delhi PhD Selection Criteria 

• Selection to the Ph.D. degrees of NSUT Delhi is made on the basis of the merits obtained by the students in the UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/JRF/ GATE entrance exams.
• For the final selection, the students are required to appear in the interview rounds conducted by the institute only.
