The curriculum of nsut is pretty good compared to other colleges we get good time but as always semester in engineering are small we should just remove the 65% or 75% attendance rule and everything would be great then else i don't think there is a need for other changes.

I choose btech, Biotechnology because of the increasing scope of Biotechnology and my interest in this field. Here, the faculty: the student ratio is quite good i.e., 1:18. All the professors are highly experienced and have done their phds. Few professors are emeritus who are really with their experience and knowledge. Exams are the most frequent thing. We are equipped with assignments, class tests, mid sem, end sem across the whole year.

The course curriculum is too vast and interesting, Biotechnology itself is something too important and much needed these days!! The faculty here at NSUT are really helpful and faculty: The student ratio is also fair. Teachers are highly qualified and have their own teaching methods which are very creative. Term exams were held on time so as to bring the semester on track and Academics here are manageable to pass with some extra co-curricular activities too.

The college's academic program is polished, although 75 percent of requirements pose a challenge for students, and the sex ratio is favorable due to the reservation for women, the faculty is highly qualified and experienced with the helpful students contributing to a positive learning environment that fosters growth and regular exams are administered with diligent study result in good grades.

The first year curriculum sucks very much and does not have many relevance in and itself , additionally we are given really less time in the course , but he faculty is very good and supportive and can make your life easier if you behave well in their classes.

I am pursuing biotechnology from NSUT, curriculum is moderate, btech in biotechnology is not enough at all you must do mtech or Ms or PhD after btech, faculty are highly qualified, some of them are IITians.

The course BT is NBA accredited and is designed well. There are about 70 students in the class. Exams are difficult but notes are a great help. It is sometimes difficult to pass but if you study in class well and listen, you will not find it that hard. I chose BT because I couldn't get a better branch

I took btech biotechnology because I had a knack for biology. I had pcmb so biotechnology was a good option. The faculty in nsut is not excellent. Teachers are talented. Almost all prof. Are Ph.D. holders from renowned universities. But you are mostly taught by their Ph.D. students. Btech is full of examinations if you study from the start it won't be difficult to get passing marks

The course curriculum for B.Tech is good enough to explore the field of biotechnology. Faculty members are supportive and helpful for research. There are not enough teachers for the whole department but a maximum of them are helpful.
The college conduct 2 exams mid-exam & the main term exams. They're conducted offline in pen & paper format. The theory subject is evaluated twice. The practical exams are conducted after theory papers & involve 2 written questions & 2 implementations. The faculties are excellent in the college.
