Course Curriculum Overview :

I like Mathematics alot and that is only the reason I have taken. We will start preparation of exams one month before and teachers teach very well. And exams are occurring too fast I feel. Timing of the exam they give nearly two hours for mid and three hours for end exam. But it is very important to study hard

Internships Opportunities :

I don't know much about internships and programs and projects here. I have just finished mythird semester and trying hard to give best in4 th semester. I like to stay here. And I will be going to know about it next year

Placement Experience :

Yeah alot of placement are occuring now. Our seniors got placement in Goldman Sachs and google and flipkart and Amazon what not neary three hundred companies are offering jobs here. After my gradation I will be doing as a software engineer I hope I will get atleat 20 lakhs of package

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

We will be having fee upto 2 lakhs per year and we will be getting alot of scholarship based on income certificate and reservation and also merit list. We will be paying more to hostel rather than college feees. We will be doing different task in every program which occurs. And we will be participating in cocurricum activities also.

Campus Life :

Yeah I really like my campus. We will be having alot of events like robo ism , code ism and srijan. Technical festivals are alot happens here and also sports parakram will also happens. Alot of Hackathons going to occur. We have different kinds of clubs litc, wtc , chess Club, manthan and what not everything is there here. That is the reason I like my campus alot.

Hostel Facilities :

We will be staying two in each room and I really like my hostel. Hostel food also well improved. Hostel committee take good care of everyone and everything. We have alot of greenary here. Registration of hostel will occur according to your admission number and place you belongs to.

Hostel Fee : INR 50000 per year

Admission :

The admission process went well, reservation benefits will be there and we can go through college portals and check application dates and fees. The fee will be less to sc st comparatively with general. Exams are at a medium level. The admission process should not be late.

A college with tremendous placement

Placement Experience:

Almost all the students of NIT Jamshedpur are placed irrespective of their branch. Coming to Civil branch the placement percentage is above 95 percent. And the average package is around 9 lpa. So in terms of placement NIT Jamshedpur is among one of the best NITs of India.

BIT MESRA - A BOON OR A BANE

Placement Experience:

The palcements scenario is decent in our college . Here very good comapnes come for recuritment but they are grenerally for the branches like computer science and IT. Other branches like ECE and EEE also have decent placemnets but othereise all other branches have a pretty dull placemnet scene.

Our placements are better than other colleges but not as good as other iits also due to recession the placement have declined this year , as for me I have secondary choice to prepare for gate as core companies like cil don't come to campus placement and we have to crack gate which easier for my branch as it is a rare branch in india

BIT Sindri Review from an insider perspective.

Placement Experience:

Final year students i.e. from 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Companies like Tata Steel, L&T , Vedanta limited, TSUIL, TCE, Adani group, Aditya Birla group and many more companies visited the campus for placements. Also Core engineering branch students are also eligible for IT companies like TCS , Accenture, Deloitte etc they also visit campus. Total offers made this year was around 400 Average package is around 6.5 LPA. Highest package is 13.2 LPA by Vedanta for GET role. Around 75% of students were placed. My plans after degree :- I am joining L&T Constructions after my degree. I was offered this role by L&T during my campus placements. My responsibilities will be to assist the senior engineers and learn from them.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year one can go for placements, they are eligible. Campus placements do happen. Infosys, tcs, wipro, and many more companies visit here and hire the most skilled engineers. The percentage is obviously really good. A minimum of 80% of the students get placed in good-paying jobs.

NJT JAMSHEDPUR is known for its Placement. This NIT offers more than 95% Placement in all the branches. The good thing is that 100% Placement in core branches.
