Likes

I liked the clubs, sports , gym and the other extra-curricular activities.
I also liked that all the classrooms are air conditioned.

I disliked that there are not enough sports facilities in hostel itself
I also didn't like the penalty system for late message bill payment.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I like this course and I am interested in machines and my rank was a bit low. All the professors are Ph.Ds and well knowledgeable. And the exams had ample time and held twice in a semester.

Class Size : 150Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies such as Google, meta, Tesla and Paytm come to the campus for internship placements. They train you to do what you know better and always keep getting better at things. They also pay you salary for this learning process.

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placements from their seventh semester. A lot of companies such as Google, meta etc come to the campus. The highest package can go up to 4 crores per year and almost 80% students are getting placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There is no fees hike policy and I have no scholarship and financial assistance although they are available in the campus. We can also take student loans at law interest in tha banks at campus itself.

Campus Life :

There are three annual fests, namely antaragni, techkriti and udghosh. There are plenty of books in the library. There are also ample sports facilities and fields to play and there a lot of clubs and societies that one can join as per their interest.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are nice. You get you own bed, cupboard and a table and a small compartment. The message food is okay and the quality is good. The registration process is very easy and affordable.

Hostel Fee : INR 30000 per year

Admission :

The admission process was good. It was a bit hectic tho and a bit less organised. It could have been more organised. The eligibility of the course is to have passed 12 th class with minimum 75% and also pass JEE Exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subject of Biotechnology is of great importance and is very new and interesting too. The subjects offered are relevant and insightful as they offer knowledge on all aspects of the field. The curriculum is in correspondence to the syllabus of entrance exams like GATE making the preparation easier. We have exams every 4 months. The schedule is decent but there are lesser gaps than required between exams. The practical exams are sometimes conducted in the gaps between the exams.

The placement is average here because of lucknow city. But you can better placement in Metro cities like delhi, mumbai and many more. They provide average placement of 350000 and have 80% placement rate in campus placement.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester we are eligible for placement drive in our campus. Comoanies like flipcart bulebook etc have visited here but the offers was very less. Average package is 4 LPA and Highest package is 7 LPA till the date. Around 40 percentage of students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is that taking job from off campus. Hope so i will get it
